I had previously enjoyed positive experiences at this location; however, on Wednesday, April 15th, I scheduled an appointment for 4PM, during which I was assigned to Alexis. Unfortunately, my eyebrows are in such poor condition that it is embarrassing to leave the house. The work performed was of poor quality. My right eyebrow appears smaller and was trimmed too thin, while my left eyebrow is longer and thicker. Alexis was evidently dissatisfied with her performance, as she mentioned that The Pretty Kitty does not have a secretary and that they must manage both roles independently. I was surprised that she checked me in herself, despite also being the therapist. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with her service. It is evident that she lacks the necessary skills and expertise. Consequently, I will not return to this establishment, and I expect an explanation and a suitable resolution from the management. read more

So I booked this appointment as my last hoorah for empowerment after being diagnosed with a terminal illness. It was a whole day planned out mani pedi, waxing, massage, and a facial. I'm so disappointed in my experience I booked with Aliaah for a Brazilian and a lower leg wax. My appointment was at 3 and I walked out of that room at 3:10. She was so rough and way to fast she missed so many hairs on my legs and it was painful (I get my legs waxed religiously every 3-4weeks without any issues and it never hurts) and forget the Brazilian I couldn't even finish it I had to tap out. I didn't want to try or use anyone new as I don't like having to show during this appt but, the ladies at Pretty Kitty are all extremely professional, friendly, welcoming, and kind. I have not yet met anyone at this branch who gives off a negative energy or vibe or any attitude. Each of them are just purely kind. Their work is just purely amazing. Their process, their training, and just how they work is just beyond superb. I have not found anything to complain of them. Doesn't hurt. This is a great branch for first timers. The vibe is very pretty, calming, nice, and welcoming. Although they raised their prices by $5, you can still get their original price when booking online. This option is another reason why I'm raving about Pretty Kitty St. Rose. It really sucks having your self-care cost increase but as a business, I understand. I have not met this owner yet however, I reckon she's one of the good and kind business owner and has heart and understands, so she implemented this option. It's hard not to notice a business named Pretty Kitty. When I was in need of a waxing service I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment. The woman I scheduled my appointment with was friendly and made it easy to schedule my appointment. I didn't have a problem getting a same day appointment. I was informed that appointments are scheduled every 15 minutes and to call if I was running late. Finding Pretty Kitty was easy, they are on St. Rose near the 215. There was plenty of parking in front of the building. I was greeted right away, signed a waiver, was directed to a room, and given quick instructions. My esthetician, Whitney didn't delay in starting the service and completed my Brazilian waxing in about 10 minutes. Fortunately, she did a really great job even though she completed the service quickly. She was thorough and I haven't had any issues. Whitney was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Overall, I would recommend the Pretty Kitty. Not a big deal to me, but so others are aware they work on a tight schedule which is noted when making an appointment. The service does have a bit of a rushed feel. I would think this may not be the best place for a first timer since the service is so quick. I'd also give Pretty Kitty bonus points if they would offer online booking! read more
