I've been calling and trying to make an appointment for over two weeks but no one ever answers the phone. Is this business still in operation or is there another way to contact them?

I'm an old guy & I visit a multitude of Drs regularly; hence, I consider myself to be an expert on…read morethe matter. Dr Rosenberg is THE BEST! I'v been his patient for numerous years, his diagnosis have always been spot on. He also has the rather unusual habit of running his office in an amazingly punctual way. You get to see him at the appointed time!

Just started with Dr. Rosenberg since late last year. This office is the traditional setup where…read morethe Dr will listen and talk to you. They do not book appts on top of each other where the Dr spare you mere seconds or pass you off to their PA(s). I've only been here 2 x so far and Dr. Rosenberg have been very attentative. The staff ( person that draws blood/ekg, etc) were different both time so this a negative if they are constantly changing staff. The one challenge with this office is no one answers the phone. you must leave a message for a call back. But in order ot leave message, you must listen through a very looooong recorded message where they run thru all of the options "true emergency" "ambulance number" "oncall doctor number", etc. etc. The leave a message option is alllllllll the way at the end of the recording. This becomes a huge problem where you have to sit on the phone. Frankly it is very time consuming to even have to make a call these days or play phone tags. Most dr office have email address where you can simply email. here is is fax or snailmail. Hope email option can be implemented soon. Appts can be made thru zocdoc so this is helpful!

If you call for a refill it will be done in minutes. Any questions are answered quickly and accurately. I've gone to this office on all different days at all different times and every single staff member is kind, polite and efficient. You would think this is the norm but sadly offices such as this one are far and few between. Dr.Okin and his entire staff is a place I would recommend to all!

After nearly 25 years as loyal patients at this practice, we will never return…read more During a recent visit to evaluate my elderly father's high blood pressure medication, the doctor flippantly told us to stop his medication entirely and literally laughed off our concerns. Knowing the risks of abruptly stopping blood pressure medicine, I consulted our pharmacist, who confirmed that stopping cold turkey without a safe transition plan is dangerous and carries severe adverse risks. When I called the doctor back to report the pharmacist's warnings, instead of conducting a proper medical evaluation, he casually said to "just cut the pill in half." Treating a senior citizen's cardiovascular health with flippant guesswork is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, my father's home health care aide--who was present in the office during the call--overheard the front desk staff mocking me, laughing, and asking, "Who does she think she is?" I am my father's advocate--that is who I am. Unsafe prescribing practices, zero respect for long-term patients, and a hostile, unprofessional office environment make this practice unsafe for elderly patients. Families looking for proper geriatric care should look elsewhere.

Which if I did get the answer, I wouldn't need to ask again. Also doing a breast check, I seriously got creepy old man vibes so I would highly suggest if you're a female and still decide to go here, please have a female nurse or someone accompany you. Also, the woman at the front desk without my permission, took a photo of me with the webcam. If she asked, I would've allowed them to keep it for their records but it's not okay to do it secretly. I discovered it uploaded to my account afterwards so that's how I knew about it. Not okay. Also a year later, still dealing with the same billing problems. Which my insurance covers in full 3 visits. Mind you, I only went once. But they charged me twice for different amounts saying it was for my deductible. Which when I checked, they made not only those mistakes but I constantly had to call from them putting the wrong code and calling my insurance going back and forth for hours. Also hidden fees, lab work contacted me with another bill. Which hopefully doesn't roll into collections! I wasn't told about a lab charge, just said it was all included in a regular checkup appointment. Not only am I waiting for my claims to be disputed, I'm waiting for refunds. I disliked my whole experience there, so already changed PCP's and to those who are thinking of coming here.. Do so at your own peril. Actually, just don't. No one knows what they're doing! This office has given me such a headache, I'm about to move out of state and I still have this hanging over me. Ridiculous.
