There were different people who came to clean, and after a few months, someone came who hadn't been told how to get into the property to clean, and we were charged the full value for the cleaning cancelled by the company (I'm fairly confident that I gave the company relevant codes, but have no definitive proof of that). After a couple of cleanings that were ok, but not great, and then being charged for a cancellation that I don't agree was my fault (though I can't prove that it wasnt) I cancelled the service. It didn't seem worth the risk of repeat miscommunications/cancellations I would have to pay for.
