Karen and Jason are fabulous! She is an efficient tornado, sweeping up dirt and clutter, and carefully spitting out spotless surfaces, items, and drawers. In addition to being a whiz at cleaning and organizing, Karen was so friendly and comfortable to be around. She took the time to speak with me in detail on the phone about what kind of assistance I needed, and offered to meet with me in-person beforehand as well. As a single woman, I so valued her understanding that I wanted to be comfortable with having both Karen and her partner Jason (her right-hand man who mainly handles garbage and floors) in my home. Of course, they were wonderful and I felt completely at-ease having them both take care of my space and my things. I had been dreading having company over because my home was completely out of hand. But Karen whipped it into shape and I look forward to having her back in the future to help with additional organizational needs and regular cleaning. She really does have a quick eye for how to make storage more efficient (including reorganizing my spices and even folding my bathroom towels so they take up less space). Karen and her business partner did a great job. We used Kikay's cleaning services for a move-in cleaning at our new place and then ended up calling them back to do the move-out cleaning at our old place. They were both very nice and worked quite efficiently. They even made recommendations for how we could clean certain spots or areas in the future using cleaning products that would be more acceptable with a newborn baby in the house. Karen brings all of her own supplies, which is nice, and even though the cleaning went an hour longer than she originally quoted, she did not charge me for the extra time. Her cleaning service is very thorough and she followed through with what she said she would do. We will be using her cleaning service in the future for occasional cleanings. read more

Karen has a natural knack for quickly assessing the room/space she is working with and figuring out what all needs to be done: scrubbing, dusting, re-organizing, etc. She is very efficient at what she does and can get a lot done even in a limited number of hours she is given to work her magic. Fantastic job cleaning, did unexpected stuff like scrubbing our oven and stove to cleaner than they were when we moved in. The people who came were very nice.
