I ordered the Monday special of 13 bagels for $6.00 4 asiago, 4 cinnamon toast, 1 onion and the rest plain bagels....unfortunately, there were no more pain bagels. Ok..no biggie. I just picked up more asiago ones instead. A baker in the back then said she just had some fresh plain bagels, so I told the lady at the counter to change those other 4 asiago bagels back into plain. No problem. I paid, waited a short time.... got my bagels and left. When I got to the place I was staying... I opened up the bagel box and noticed there were only plain bagels...and no asiago ones. What? Nooooo asiago bagels? I have kids expecting to eat cheesy bagels. Can you imagine what happens when kids are expecting cheesy bagels and they only get plain? Not fun. Soooo...I call the shop and talk to a lady who originally took my order. I explained the situation and she knew exactly what happened. Simple misunderstanding. In addition, you're able to use the Starbucks app here and get points for your purchases, unlike some other spots we've been where the "Starbucks" sign is apparently just an advertisement for the brand of coffee they serve there.
