We were all pleasantly surprised by how much we liked this location. The Nike outlet near me in West Palm Beach isn't always the best, but this store had a great selection. Even my high school senior son, who can be picky, found plenty he liked. He ended up buying T-shirts, shorts, and a pair of sneakers. I even bought the same sneakers as him--his idea, and it was a fun mother-son moment! The prices were excellent, especially with the additional sales they were running on many items. We accidentally bought the wrong size shorts for my son and returned the next day. The exchange was quick, easy, and hassle-free. Every employee we encountered was friendly and courteous. I also liked that they carried Nike x SKIMS products, including running bras, which was a nice bonus. Overall, this was a great shopping experience, and we'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area. While the shopping experience itself was pleasant, two of the items I purchased turned out to be too big. The next day, I made the trip back from Ocala to Orlando--an hour and a half drive--to return the items. Upon entering the store on July 18, I was greeted warmly by the young woman at the entrance. However, the interaction at the register was a completely different story. The cashier asked for my email, to which I politely responded that I would like to skip that step. He then told me that unless I provided an email address, he would not be able to process the return. I explained that I do not have an email and asked to speak with a manager. Rather than calling a manager, he turned to a nearby coworker who instructed him on what to do. He returned to the register visibly upset, processed the return, and when I handed him the original receipt, he tossed it on the counter instead of handing it back to me. This entire interaction should be available on your store's surveillance footage and can be reviewed for verification. Despite the disrespect, I remained calm and chose not to engage. After completing the return, he also tossed the final receipt for me to sign onto the counter instead of handing it to me respectfully. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a basic level of professionalism, especially after making a return trip to the store. This experience left a negative impression, and I hope this feedback is used constructively to improve future customer interactions

Sales on almost every rack, you're bound to find something you're looking for. Shirts at this time were 2 for $30, or $21.99 for 1 shirt. I suggest starting at the back of the store as that is where the heavily discounted items are. There is a rack with additional discounts on top of their already discounted items. I managed to find a shirt for only $8 compared to its original high selling point. If you're looking for sporting wear at great deals, pay this Under Armour a trip.

Large location, so many sizes for sneakers and clothing. Not too big of a sale this day, mainly 20-25% on clothes and extra 20% off back wall sneakers. The market is down for the most part so Jordan's that would have sold out years back are sitting below retail here. They had plenty of stock and sizing. It was super busy and crowded.
