I've been a customer of this business for approximately four years. I originally purchased a chain…read morehere and have returned periodically for cleanings and polishing. Over the past year, however, getting service has become increasingly difficult. I was only able to have the chain cleaned about twice and fully polished twice, despite multiple attempts, because I was consistently told there were no available time slots and that the wait was around two weeks. On or around December 9, I stopped in again to ask about having the chain cleaned. I was told once more that the wait would be two weeks. I then asked whether there was an option to pay extra for faster service, as many businesses offer express or priority options. This was simply an attempt to find a solution after repeated delays. The response I received felt dismissive, and I was told that faster service would require stopping work for other customers. I left without issue and was not refused service at that time. Based on that ongoing experience, I posted my initial review. On Friday, December 13, I returned to the store hoping to address the situation professionally and see if my concerns could be resolved in person. When I entered, the front desk employee immediately identified me as the person who had left the negative review. There was no attempt to discuss my concerns or work toward a resolution. The interaction escalated quickly. My review was referenced aloud, voices were raised, and I was repeatedly told to leave the store using profanity. One of the men behind the counter stood up and shouted at me while directing me to leave. Although there was no physical contact, the behavior felt intimidating and unprofessional. At no point did I raise my voice, use profanity, or threaten anyone. I chose to leave to avoid further escalation. For clarity, I was not refused service prior to leaving a review. I had been a paying customer for years. The refusal of service and hostile interaction occurred only after my review was identified. This update reflects my firsthand experience as a long-term customer and is shared for transparency so others can understand how feedback was handled in my case. Additional context to my previous update: When I returned to the store, both the front desk employee and a jewelry staff member immediately identified me as the person who had left a Google review. Buying an engagement ring was a big step for me and my relationship. I knew little to nothing about…read morejewelry, especially diamonds. Over a 4-month period, I've visited 6 different jewelers, and even made an impulsive decision and purchased an overpriced ring. I hate the feeling of being pressured to purchase something. I did not get that feeling from the associates at IDC. Instead, I was welcomed by a lovely lady named DENICE who was very patient and taught me everything that I know about diamonds. Combined with ALY, they were able to show me multiple rings that sparked my interest. Budget was a concern at first and they did their best to stay within it. Ok... Maybe more than their best. They actually went to other IDCs, and placed diamonds aside for me since I was able to find the perfect setting. JACK was willing to make the drives and was a true assist to Aly and Denice when they were out. The environment was calm and cool. We were all comedians at times. It helps with spending. They told her that the entire gold crown of the ring needed to be replaced! Total cost : $480. What kind of crap are they selling? She has to pick,it up next week. I had a bracelet that needed a link removed that I purchased from Kay Jewelers. They don't work on…read morethe bracelets they're here and they recommended this place which is also in the Florida Mall. I haven't had an opportunity to stop before but we were at the mall and I was left wandering alone. I walked over and there was one gentleman at the counter talking to I believe the owner. He stopped and asked how we could help me and I showed him what I had. He gave me a price and I said okay let's do it. He had me leave the bracelet with him and said it would be ready in about half an hour. He didn't take any information from me but since he came while recommended I trusted him. I went back and wandered through some other stores in the mall while kind of looking for my family. Roughly a half hour later I wandered back over and he had a couple of other customers at the counter. I walked over and waited and he brought it over and showed to me and put it on my wrist so that I could see if it fit the way I wanted. It turned out exactly like I was looking for and the price he charged was very reasonable. If I had other jewelry that needed repair I would definitely bring it to him to see if it's something he could work on. I was very happy with the service and the price here.

If you sign up for their marketing, you can get promos to save you money especially around the holidays. If you're looking for something different, they will occasionally have trunk shows which has some of the more unique stones and jewelry that you could possibly get.
