He would rarely give any of my appointments more then 10 minutes. Also he wouldn't ever explain my results in a way I could understand. Felt very transactional, ESPECIALLY when coming into the 3rd trimester. 3rd trimester visits were literally a walk in for vitals and a walk out I'll see you next time. I'm sure no matter how long the visit is the payout for them will be the same and at this point I felt like another number to him. The assistants are a hit or miss. One was extremely sweet but wasn't enough to hold up the rest of the team. Pros- right across from the hospital -parking behind his office so u don't have to pay - allows you to record ultrasound Cons- there's always a student here taking vitals and or watching so expect to see a different face each visit before seeing Dr. Vu - visits are rushed and normally under 10 mins (half the time waiting in the room after vitals) - assistants are rude and won't listen - Vu doesn't explain anything well - complaints aren't taking seriously - 3rd trimester visits are a joke (he said they would then only look at the baby once during this time and just measure the stomach because of cost of running the machine sounded like bs to me) - expect to have no say or wiggle room with your birth plan as he feels like he knows best. - they take lunch inside and open their doors after when they feel like it. I made a complaint with insurance against them. Of course they replied with a false statement. It was a heated argument with an assistant who made a decision for me based on emotions. Being so far along I'm deciding to choose peace and just leave it alone but share my review for other future parents. If you can avoid here I would.

He told me I was "too fat," assumed I had diabetes without any lab results, and said my pain was due to me being "lazy" and not eating healthy or exercising. Meanwhile, I was dealing with real pregnancy complications--my baby was measuring 3 weeks ahead, and I was in significant pain. Despite this, he denied my disability paperwork, even though I clearly qualified for it. After his mistreatment, I asked to stop seeing him and only continue care with Dr. James P. Maganito, who treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. But instead of being supported, I was targeted. The office managers, Elizabeth Gomez and Amanda Ramirez, sided with Dr. Russell and made the decision to kick me out of the practice completely, even though I had a high-risk pregnancy and an upcoming ultrasound scheduled to determine when to induce labor. To make matters worse, Dr. Param K. Gill and her husband, who own the practice, were made aware of everything and chose to stand by the managers' decision rather than protect a pregnant patient in need of care. The front desk staff also treated me with constant disrespect--cold attitudes, eye-rolling, and rudeness--every single time I had to interact with them. I never felt safe or supported walking into that office. Now I'm over 7 months pregnant, and multiple OBs have told me they can't take new patients this late. Even my own doctor warned that being without care at this stage is dangerous--yet I was removed anyway. I've retained an attorney through LegalShield, and this case is being actively handled. I'm also sharing this in hopes of hearing from other women who may have experienced similar mistreatment. If this happened to you too, please message me or comment. You are not alone--and we deserve better. Pregnant women deserve compassion, not judgment. We deserve proper care, not rejection.

Congratulations to the new mom to be, babies are something to celebrate. However, I hear their office starting to call the afternoon appointments the reschedule them - months out. I waited months for this appointment myself. 10 minutes go by and they have yet to inform me that my appointment is now cancelled. We are now 30 minutes past my actual appointment to which I arrived early as instructed. They eventually come in to notify me of what I am already aware of, I will need to be rescheduled. No complaints about the circumstance of Leslie needing to leave to tend to a delivery, but why on earth would you not let me know first, not the appointments that haven't arrived, undressed, and are currently waiting in your office first? I won't be back. Thanks for refunding my co-pay however this office was a wreck 10 years ago, nothing has changed.
