We called to let them know and were told "hold on 1 second and I will see what we can do" we were on hold for 15 minutes. We hung up and called back again thinking that we were forgotten about, and once again we were told to "hang on 1 second, the manager is right here next to me". Another 10 minutes on hold and we hung up again. Wife is on her way up there now. I'll update soon what the outcome is. I was going to take a pic of my food, but wife just took it away and back to Hamlin pub in Richmond. Also , I would like to note that we order regularly about once every 2 weeks or so with our bill averaging around 100.00 plus a decent tip for whoever we see when picking up our food. needless to say. I am done, and will never order from here again, and with me also a business owner, you best believe that I will have no problem letting my customers , friends and family hear of my experience. For those who have read this far I pray you have a very blessed experience in all you do in life. UPDATE----Wife returned food, demanded and received full refund. We will never spend another penny here. With the prices going up and their quality going down I am expecting more reviews like this from this location unfortunately. It was good while it lasted.

When I asked what he meant, the restaurant was not full, he asked if I wanted my food or not. I told him no, that I didn't really care for cold food and I was not sure if it was safe to eat. When I asked him that why we had not seen a server from the time we ordered until then, he said "What? Because your drink was empty or something?" At that point, I did not really want to argue over cold food and a waste of time, so we paid for our food and left. It was pretty disappointing to wait 40-45 minutes for cold food. It felt like our server went on break and no one covered for her, or noticed that some tables were going without service. I hope this is not what we should expect from Hamlin Pub.
