However, the excellent service that I received from both here and the hotel (and almost without exception - see below), is sometimes worth the round up. The dining room itself was spacious and comfortable and I thought that the table service was friendly, engaging, and prompt. At one point, they even provided free munchies for our meeting room that we needed before dinner. The only exception regarding service was in the lounge. The server was a little short with us in general and unsuccessfully tried to "deputise" me when one of my Canadian colleagues left the lounge area along with his drink.
