So I hired Jason to come out and do my motorhome and he's been here all day he has done an outstanding job so far and anything that was a concern for me he addressed immediately. Don't expect professionalism when it comes to JJ. He is absolutely the most unprofessional detailer I've dealt with. Don't trust him with your keys or personal belongings. You will gave him or his goons he hires to help him full advantage. There was always something missing when I would receive my car back, it started small then eventually I had a passport missing after I came back from a trip. & ofcourse he denies it was him or his goons. Since I obviously don't have cameras in my vehicle that became a stand off between his word and mine... yet I still gave him the benefit of the doubt & continued to get my vehicle serviced by him. Holiday time... Holiday time JJ was offering his detail packages at 50% off through a gift card. I bought $100 gift card worth $200 credit for any detail. I gifted it to my father for Christmas & here we are in August with no detail work and no refund for the gift card. Instead I get him wasting my time taking my father's truck 3 days in a row and he has done nothing but make excuses on how he doesn't have any help (I guess hiring goons didn't work out), he's been strapped for cash, he thought the day he told me was another day in his head, and so on and so forth... i am sick and tired of dealing with this guy and his horrible customer service. read more

I want to preface this with saying that in the 8 years I've owned my FJ, I have taken it to Big Bear, Mammoth, and the Mohave, each time during snow, sleet and rain as well as during the spring/summer accumulating mud, dirt, and rock. This was my first off-road vehicle and I put it through hell, earning an accumulation of bush and tree marks on the plastic, lights, and side of the truck. I also lived at the beach for a year and unfortunately the roof began to oxidize and headlights fogged up really bad. The inside roof of the truck looked like someone had a Kool-Aid super soaker party (off roading and Four Loko don't mix) and the hood had various scratches from camping trips where we left water coolers on top of it. Needless to say the FJ was banged up looking sad and old. Jason pulled off a miracle, his knowledge, competency, experience, hard work, problem solving, and attention to detail really combined into an ultimate combination finishing move which knocked out all of the blemishes that could be cleaned up. He was honest about his work and had all the professional tools for the job. He got in there and pretty much hit the reset button in the FJ. The Four Loko stained roof disappearing act blew me away, all the scratches, oxidation, and fogged up headlights are gone. My FJ looks brand new again so much that it's as if I have never taken it through the ringer. I am beyond happy with the professional work that Jason performed on my vehicle. He really did what I felt was impossible. No task is too small for him and his enthusiasm at a difficult project is inspiring. That mixed with a great personality and professionalism made this service the best I could have ever hoped for. Will definitely be a regular client showing off my clean ass vehicle! read more

I texted JJ last Saturday to get a quote for 2 cars washed on bi-weekly basis. After we agreed on the price, he said he had time that afternoon and can come to wash both cars little after 3pm once he was done with his client he was working on. Called J&J Shine to inquire on a Interior Detail on my Car, after I had called several other "Mobile detailers" and no call backs!!! Jason was SUPER helpful and had an opening within a few days after I explained my car had a stink to it after something was left in it.
