I found this place on Yelp and was a little skeptical at first. But after trying the food all my worried went away! I can't believe there's a great bento box place in Warner Robins I've only had their beef bulgogi bento box but it blew me away! The eggroll was yummy, the sides were delicious (especially the cucumber kimchi), and everything else was so good! I'll definitely be coming back here. In terms of COVID-19, at first the cashier wasn't wearing a mask but she put it on after a bit. There's also a divider separating you from the cashier. I don't know if there's dine-in, but the tables are socially distanced and some tables are unavailable to sit in. read more

So I have been wanting to try this place for the longest but they close at like 7pm!! Not sure why but that's crazy early, but I've wanted to try their Bento box and finally got a chance to do it. The box was great, the prices weren't too high and the food was very good...what I ate of it anyway. There was like 2 sections of the box that I didn't like--the cold noodles and then the "salad" was just lettuce. However the main part was yummy and the service was great!! The girls and I, visited JJ Teriyaki a while ago to try it out. I was very impressed with the food but wanted to wait until after at least another visit before posting a review. Now that I've eaten there a few times I can honestly say that this place is probably one of the most slept-on Asian restaurants in town. It's located in the Food Depot / Big Lots shopping center, kinda tucked towards a corner. If you like Korean and Japanese cuisine, you are doing yourself a big disservice by not trying this place. On our last visit, we grabbed a couple of bento boxes for lunch. The Bento boxes are awesome. The teriyaki sauce that they use will make you slap your mama. If you are torn between getting beef or chicken teriyaki, try a JJ combo plate. Teriyaki beef, shrimp and chicken, a large helping of rice, a salad and sliced fruit is enough for two meals. They offer several different teriyaki meats, bulgogi, cutlets, ramen... I'm sure you can find something on their menu that you'll love. Hidden gem! love EVERYTHING in the bento boxes! The noodles.. oh my.. I want a job there just to learn how they make them! I could eat a tub full of the salad. This place is not good or even close to resembling authentic quality. I saw the Korean man through the curtains preparing our ramen which came from a package. The seasons also came from a packet. I've been here twice this week. First for the Beef Ramen and second for the Beef Bilgogi. It was amazing. My son went with me the second time and got the Chicken Ramen. He loved it. I was so happy to see a "fast food" Japanese restaurant as I was flipping through Yelp. The taste of the food is NOT "fast food", however. I would say it is every bit as good as a more expensive restaurant. I ordered four Bulgoge Bento boxes. The beef bulgoge was so very flavorful! The green beans tasted fresh and were seasoned well and everything else was perfect, too. I like how nicely each item in the box is arranged and it even includes a coffee flavored candy. The lady who took my order was very sweet and helpful and she even gifted us with free egg rolls because I was so complimentary when telling her about our satisfaction with the last order! Yes it was A-OK , the restaurant itself was very clean but they didn't seem to be too busy. My son and I were there during lunch hour but it was just the two of us and a small family of four. We both had Ramen. I had the Beef Ramen and my son had the Chicken Ramen. I thought mine was good but there was too much broth and not enough noodles. Plus it didn't look like the photo the restaurant displayed. I thought they should offer more on their menu. Such as Japanese style fried Chicken known as Katsu, or maybe Beef Teriyaki BBQ stick to go with the Ramen. They needed something to just draw people into the place. Maybe a Slushy, Icee or even a Bubble tea drink machine. People will buy the drinks and maybe order a Bento to go. read more

April was very nice to me being that it was my first time here I went plain with a chicken teriyaki bowl. The rice is fluffy and the chicken is seasoned very well, it almost has a charred taste to it. Next time I'll try something new.
