I used to go to Detail Lex to have the inside of my car done that included shampooing. Anyhow, I decided to find a new place that wouldn't charge me an astronomical amount of money; but also did a really good job. The first time I came, I mentioned the water spots. They took all day to finish the inside of my car and stated that if anything else showed up, to come back and they would take care of it right away. Nothing ever came back, and I was pleasantly pleased with their performance. The last time I came, I stated that my Mom had spilled her drink in the backseat and it was leaving a smell that messed with my allergies. Not only were they able to get that out, they cleaned the rest of my car with no dog hair left and the inside clean. This time there are slight water spots on the sides of my chairs; but it does not mean that they don't do a great job. The inside was so dirty that they needed pretty much all day to clean it thoroughly. All in all, I am very very well pleased; and I will always be coming back time and time again.

I ended up paying out of pocket so I didn't need to file an insurance claim, but when it was all said and done, it cost less than $300. They ordered the glass I needed and then on the scheduled day, drove all the way to the parking lot where the car was parked to do the replacement and it was done in about 30 minutes.
