The tow truck driver at Sharp's Towing recommended me to Riley's. The truck was dropped off there and I was at their office at 8 am. Within an hour I was given an estimate for the repairs (excessive repairs) my car was repaired and I was back on the road very quickly. Highly recommended these folks. Especially when I had my catalytic heat shield replaced, first because I supplied my own parts. Many repair shops will not allow that. Second because they only charged me for 20 minutes of work. Many shops have a minimum one hour charge. Glad I found someone I can trust to do the repairs I can't do myself.

Now to maintain the warranty of the tire you have to bring in and rotate every 5k. So at 5k i make an appointment for 2pm, at 1:45pm i show up BOL says only 1 in front of me, cool i thought. Now at 2:40pm I ask BOL when will my car go in. His response we are pulling it in right now. Hmmm, im looking at it not moving. BOL RIGHT TO YOUR FACE! I ask how do you normally schedule appointments and why over scheduling, BOL, we aren't allowed to say no to anyone! Apparently you're not allowed to say no OR tell the truth.

I cannot give zero stars. Supposed to paint my trunk and put vinyl decal back on after garage door…read moredinged it. When person went to put on vinyl decal they found that mess under my spoiler. Numerous issues with not being able to put on my decals. Numerous lies about color of decal ordered and the biggest issue is that under my spoiler they left unpainted metal and chips. I cannot even wrap my head around that. Rude staff that cop an attitude. Working with my insurance company to resolve it and assured Georgetown Caliber will not touch my car again. Trying to make sure no Caliber does, as nation wide they have terrible reviews. Also, I have questionable damage in other areas that were not present until Caliber had my car. Which seems to be a common theme at all Caliber locations. Also on Indeed they advertise jobs and say techs need no experience. Do they train them on our cars!! Scary thought.
