We pulled into the Advanced Auto in Lexington, KY so my husband could look at it. When we were still @ a loss as to what could be wrong and not able to crank the bus, I reached out to Walters Truck & Trailer Repair. The lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and set the expectation that it would be an hour and half before her mechanic could get to us. Weston arrived within the timeframe we were given. He was so kind, very respectful and knew what he was doing. Weston is an asset to this company and was a pleasure to meet!! And, they didn't break the bank on a Sunday, mobile call out. Horrible experience!!! Purchased my RV in May. I have been waiting since July to get my RV…read moreregistered and plates put on. However, it is now December 3, 2020 and I have still not been able to do so. I have not been able to utilize my RV since the tags expired. Every time that I called the Georgetown location the accounting department happened to be at the bank, out-of-the-office or in a meeting. Several messages were left. I called so many times, the front office lady could recognize my number and knew what I was calling about. At one point I spoke with a manager. I was told... "the person responsible for Titling had left for the day. He would text her right now; and he would NOT be surprised if she called me that evening. The manager also stated that I would "for sure" hear from her in the morning at the latest. 2 WEEKS LATER... crickets! On 12/3/2020 I finally spoke with someone after threatening legal action after my first phone call of the day. I was told that everything would be sent next day via FEDEX . Hopefully, they will send me this information and I can be completely done with this place.

i bought an very expensive camper from georgetown ky dont dont ever buy anything from these people…read more- they delivered adter a lengthy day sales person was very nice and helpful but::: i had it not even 24 hrs 2026 brand new forest river campsite elite 36k had a water leak in a light fixture- window leaking - window shade ripped - hot water heater not working - couldn't empty holding tanks- bathroom upstairs have to buy a new faucet will not run hot water - had to buy new shower nozzle out of my own money because they had debris in it - then i called text and even took video - manger or repair people wouldnt even speak to me manager never ever called me back this lasted for three days i reach out to forest river and forest river customer service and they semt emails ti tje georgetown the manager and repair person told me if i got anyone to work on it i would have to pay the travel truck from knoxville out of my own pocket now let me remind u i had paid for it and even had it 24 hrs -- so after getting really ugly and threw a fit and had every one send an email the manager finally agreed to pay kodiak from knoxville to one fix it never heard back from them have used it one time came back this week frig compl off lost all groceries i went through all weekend as a women trying to fix it myself and talki g to forest river all weekend the techs called them this morning very short with me after remember owni g it for less than three weeks and using it one time repair man very short with me and a smartee and told me i could call knoxville again but i would have to pay them i said absolutely not --well i will send an email to my manager it maybe a couple of days ok a couple days in 100 degree weather no frig im sure everyone gets my point -- then come back today after two hrs now all my outlets not working called again repair wont even talk to me so fair warning to anyone that buys from camping world george town ky __do ur homework read reviews and put these crooked people out of business buy a used camper or go somewhere that is not a scam a small business but do nit even go in this junk olace and then they followed me out the door trying to sale me more warrantys and said come on let go some of that green and purchase these if you need to purchase from these crooks you need ur head examined if u need more info send me a text i can sure help you decide really fast they need to be brought out in public of what crooks they all are saddened i didnt do my homework maybe i can prevent someone else from going through this hellish episode from buying from georgetown ky camping world you will regret it i start thinking about the smaller place with campers as i turned into their parking lot it has been horrible please bypass this place
