Joseph and his crew are my go to guys for any paint job that comes up. I manage an apartment complex, and recently had them paint four units and a community room. Joseph spent quite a bit of time helping us with colors, we scheduled him and his crew to paint the outside of our house, they showed up on time and and fully prepared. This year, as part of a DIY landscaping project, I removed a row of bushes and a very large bird of paradise from the front of the house. I was pleased to find that somehow, they painted the walls and the foundation behind the plants all the way to the ground. These were really overgrown plants and I didn't expect they would have gotten around it. This is great attention to detail. They use great products. Our exterior paint has held up really well. Our decorative fascia and fence is still holding up really well. Great for keeping moisture and termites away. The paint in the bathroom is by far the best in the house. The interior paint done previously by a different painter wipes off with baby pipes. His paint I can spot clean with a rag. I found his quote to be reasonable. You might find that you can get a better price else where but be aware of what you are buying. Good work requires time, effort and materials but gives lasting results. read more

His response time was awesome, and he was at the house within the day equipped with tools (another contractor had nothing and "guestimated" everything) for a quote. He gave honest feedback on what we needed and what we could do without and was really good about working with our budget. We decided to use him to give our kitchen cabinets a face lift and WOW what a difference! Based on our taste, he recommended a color and it came out better than what we anticipated. Negative stars for wasting my time! Talked to him yesterday about what I needed done at my house and got all my info and scheduled for today at 11am. Waited around for him and he didn't show. I hired JJC painting to paint several rooms in my house and remove wallpaper and texture a few cielings. Joe responded to me quickly, did a site visit working around my work schedule, and had a really good eye for details that needed to be addressed to make the finished product look good. Something seriously off with the reviews here. After a lot of back and forth Joe finally showed up and from the moment he walked in his tone was argumentative and just not friendly. He just wanted to "get in and get out" as he said and didn't want to take care of any door alignment or hinge issues. I consistently got the sense that he was in a bad mood or was doing me a favor somehow. Towards the end he said I would need to commit and sign papers before he would even share a date of when he could do the work! I respectfully told him he wouldn't be a good fit for me and we agreed to part ways. Bizarre experience! read more

Joe is workaholic! He arrived on time, work thru lunch, and show me how he is going to do it in ways I never would have thought of. Perfectionist, over communicate and discuss before start to make sure it's how I want it. It's all about me liking it. We have him remove the wall paper (yea... We had recessed lights installed and due to plumping and other stuff running through the ceiling the electrician had to cut 33 holes throughout the house. Received multiple quotes for taping and texturing the holes in the drywall, JJC was quick to respond, the quote was higher than others but they sounded well informed and confident that they could fix them all And make the ceiling look like new. We hired JJC to repair and repaint the cement wall in our backyard. The wall had several deep cracks that were noticeable from far distance. Joe did an excellent job to fill the cracks a few days ahead. Then came back to texture the surface before putting on new paint. There are bushes in front of the wall and he was able to reach and paint the wall without damaging the bushes. The wall looks amazingly beautiful afterwards. Joe paid attention to details and got his job done well. Joe also did some minor interior ceiling touch up work. All come out fine. He kept the area clean during and after the job. This job was done during the heavy rainy days in late December. Joe kept me posted with his schedule. He called me to let me know when he was behind schedule and he is very professional.
