There were both snack and soda vending machines that were unplugged as well as empty. There are not enough coin machines and if you loose money, you must come back in 30 days for the refund. There was no attendant during the 2 and a half hours we spent there in mid day on a Friday. To be fair, the machines did the job, just the center needs some attention badly.

When he pointed it out to the attendant, the attendant yelled rudely at him instead of trying to be helpful (it is their obligation to assist customers when things are not functioning properly). Today, after a long absence, I decided to give the place a try again. I witnessed another attendant going completely off on a customer just because he pointed out that his clothes were wringing out after completing their cycle. I witnessed the entire conversation and he did not get out of line with the attendant, yet she went off on a tirade and yelled at him-as well as at every customer in the store-for almost ten minutes nonstop. Seriously, the woman was having a complete meltdown on the spot! Then, after the altercation, the customer left but before he could do so, he was forced to pull his wringing wet clothes out of the machine, and water was left all over the floor which could have easily caused an injury. The attendant didn't even bother to mop it up but just left it there until eventually someone said something about it. That is no way to run a business! Secondly, it is the responsibility of an establishment to ensure that the equipment is working properly, and to be considerate when dealing with customer complaints. She kept insisting that the guy had overloaded the machine and therefore it was all his fault.Perhaps that is true, but the situation could have been handled much more civilly. Sometimes people screw up and make mistakes. The guy never raised his voice; he was not confrontational at all. He hadn't even demanded his money back; he was just trying to figure out why his clothes were still wet. She just went off on him like a time bomb, and frightened everyone in the establishment. Then left a dangerous mess unattended. Don't go to this place unless you enjoy being yelled at if, God forbid, the equipment malfunctions or takes your money. They treat their customers like garbage and do not appreciate your business at all.

Due to my schedule I needed a laundromat with drop-off service. Since this one basketful was wet I found that they charge by weight. Had my clothes been dry they would have been quite light and the charge in the reasonable range. Instead, I wound up paying $48 for one small basketful of clothes. I never got angry or spoke ugly to the attendant, but no amount of reasoning could convince them that this was a gross overcharge. Needless to say, I hope to to never need to return.
