I left 3 coats at this cleaners. I asked the person who accepted the clothing about the belts and she said that I did not need to remove the belts. When I returned, one of the belts were missing. The manager even stated that he remembered placing the belt on the hanger. No one provided any answer or compensation for the missing belt. I repeatedly called for over a week about the belt and no one seemed to know anything. Took my uniform to their new place near Airport Rd. I needed it cleaned and pressed for promotion photos. When I picked it up Monday...it was worse than when I dropped it of! They actually pressed wrinkles into it (on purpose maybe?) and when they "fixed it" Tuesday the next day it was even worse. I dropped off green silk pajamas to be dry cleaned. I have used this dry cleaner several times before. The top has five silk buttons. I always count them when I drop off. When I picked up the pajamas four of the five buttons were missing. There was also a tag on the pajamas "defective when dropped off". The owner claimed the buttons were missing when I dropped off the pajamas for cleaning. BS!!! All buttons were on the pajamas when I dropped them off. I count them every time I drop them off for dry cleaning. When the owner noticed the the buttons missing after dry cleaning he slapped the "DEFECTIVE" tag on the pajamas because he did not want to be responsible for the green silk buttons. HOW DISHONEST can a business be. He won't ever clean anything I own again. I will NEVER walk into that business again!! read more

Please don't take your clothes to this place. I took a pair of White Jean's to this place to be clean. When I picked up my jeans I had yellow stains in my jeans. They tried cleaning them three times but the stains will not come out. I call the owner about my jeans he had the nerves to say the jeans was like that when I drop them off. A few years ago I had a bad experience with the cleaners on Jordan Lane in that clothing I paid for was given away because I did not pick up laundry because of sickness. I asked why someone didn't call before selling/ giving away my items, the lady stated that that was not their policy. However, with the new management, I reluctantly decided to give them another try. A week ago I dropped off a comforter/spread. Upon picking it up Monday afternoon and putting it on the bed Tuesday morning, there was a spot that had not previously been there and it smelled dirty/ musty.when I returned and showed the young lady the spot and mentioned the odor, she told me as she was looking for a sign that said they were not responsible for bedding that had been taken from the cleaners. I calmly stated that it wasn't right and since they made the error, I would think they would correct it. She continued to look for a sign that did not exist. She said I should have checked the spread before I left the cleaners. I stated that there should be something in writing or employees alerting customers so items would be checked before leaving their establishment. I then asked how I would check it, lay it on the dirty floor. There was no answer. I stated, "so to get this spot out, I would need to pay an additional $15.00," she replied Yes. Without question the worst cleaners I have ever done business with. The manager, Maria, is the definition of obnoxious. They have no concept of the words "customer service." They will gladly embarrass you in front of other customers. In terms of performance, they will also be glad to place a new crease in your pants, ignoring the existing one.
