That is more than I thought it would be-but the place and the machines were clean, the lady working was helpful, and if I'd taken it to the cleaners I would have paid a lot more. I thought I'd take a break from my apartment building & waiting idly for a washer or dryer and based on a few reviews, head to this place... oh boy! It's just very dirty. Price- EXPENSIVE for absolutely no reason at all. Regular front & top loading washers & regular laundromat front loading dryers. I paid $6.50 for a quick wash in a supposedly large front loader (it was standard). The smaller (standard) front loaders are $3.50 , the top loaders are $2.50 but very nasty YUCK!! & dryers are $0.25 per 5 minutes(better put it on high heat so it'll dry faster in less time) I did 25 minutes total & that was enough. Note:the detergent loading on the top loaders is just filthy I mean, to the owners, please clean them a few times a day, man! It's all corroded & clumped up... It was very crowded after 6:30 pm on a Saturday night! I mean last dry is 8 pm so get in during the day (morning). It was overwhelmingly cramped in there and, of course, you gotta watch your stuff. It's not so comfortable & I was happy to leave. They offer wash/dry/food services at a premium price, I guess if you can afford that then go for it, but they use the same disgusting machines for that too. There is no value here & I'm shocked because this is a time of struggle. Your wash+dry here cost more than a large bottle of the most expensive detergent + dryer sheets. There are a few folding tables, a small TV, they sell laundry products but, again, at a premium, so if you MUST go to this place, bring your own everything! Watch your stuff & watch your back. I just wouldn't recommend it until they clean it up & put more care & attention into the place. They're certainly more DOLLAR focused. And they do close at 9pm. I'm a traveler and a laundry fanatic, so don't like fluff n'fold. I really like Jiffy, there is always an attendant on-site cleaning and maintaining. It's on the smaller side, but have a good mix of top loader and variable sized front loaders. In my opinion the best part of Jiffy is the old top loaders that are $3ea per load, they clean the hell out of your clothes in a good way with the old skool agitators that really get your clothes clean unlike the POS HE machines at home that use no water. Under new management is usually a joke but in this case it has been a welcome. This place is awesome. All the new things they have done to upgrade is amazing. The new owners and staff are super nice and are keeping this place spic n span. Definitely worth driving there to do your laundry. And if you don't have time their drop off and pick up service is next level amazing and super fast. Highly recommend them. read more

The staff isn't very friendly, this is true but I have been using this laundromat for years because Ace (the owner) keeps it top of the line and military clean. He works a ful time stressful job then comes to work here almost nightly. He's tired and reserved but he is courteous as long as you are respectful to his staff, property and other customers. Don't leave your clothes in the machines and take off for a long time expecting your stuff to not be removed. It's a business, not your home. This staff has a lot to do and focuses on their job "drop off service and cleanliness" and will assist you when needed but they want to go home when they are scheduled and will absolutely not bend on starting your wash less than an hour or your dry less than 30 minutes before closing time. I appreciate they have staff... most do not so I feel myself, my vehicle and my laundry are all safe. Best prices, clean facility, safe place... better clientel, decent hours, helpful staff... I can live without the smiles though I do try to not bother them when they are busy; sometimes you need to or just have to say "Hi, how are you"! :) read more

I will start out my review with the facilities, and I would have to say the cleanliness is probably above average as far as pricing they are pretty standard for washing and drying. I can appreciate the owner/management restricting the total number of people in at one time during Covid and the fact that they are requiring everyone to wear a face mask is as positive. There are numerous people talking about the customer service level, there is one guy in the corner that keeps barking like a dog when the manager goes on one of her rants. I saw two people come to the door and receive one of her lashings and they promptly went to their car and left. Two gentlemen that I was speaking with said that they will never return and I can I promise you that I will never be back and I will certainly do my part to steer people away from this place. With one minute remaining on my wash, I was asked to leave and go outside and wait in line to return so I could then retrieve my items and put them in the dryer. The problem is, there is not enough dryers and had I left and waited in line there would not have been a dryer for me to use. Needless to say I waited right there for my load of laundry to finish washing. The owner was more concerned and driving his point home that he is the owner then he is in customer service, if I heard him say "I am the owner" once, I heard it 10 times. Do yourself a favor and locate another laundromat where you will be respected and your business will be appreciated. This business deserves a ONE STAR, however a lot of times one stars are viewed as someone having an ax to grind, and that is not the case with me. My only beef with this place is NONE of the machines actually have hot water. Not even lukewarm...all cold on every machine from $2.50 to $7.00 Ive used. I consider that a rip off actually. But, the place is clean, and if lack of hot water doesnt bother you, Id recommend it. read more
