He quoted me a great price to do the work, but when I sent him pictures he noticed that my shower glass surround was in great shape with the exception of the damaged door! He pointed me to the original manufacturer in case I could get parts and fix just the damage. I'm going to try the manufacturer, and I will definitely call Cliff back if I the manufacturer cannot help. I really appreciate businesses and people like Cliff who look out for our community!

A zero star from start to finish. I took my kitchen cabinet panels for glass install. When I…read morepicked them up they were stacked together in plastic wrap. After I removed the plastic wrap, and put the glass against the light, the frosted glass had scratch marks, finger print marks, the frost layer on a panel was not complete and clear silicone was visible on the face of the glass panel. I sent them the pictures and they said to return the panels for correction. I picked up the panels and 2 of them had scratches on the glass. After a verbal disagreement, the manager accussed me of doing the damage on transport and I should have inspected the glass before leaving on the 1st pick up. Why did you wrapp them up if its your practice to show the customer the finished product? Clearly you didnt show me the 1st time. You showed me after I picked the panels up the 2nd time and accussed me of scratching the glass. Our project manager, Max, was amazing and was really thorough at walking us through every aspect of construction since we had no idea what we were doing! He helped us design our custom door for the project so that it would work with the blueprints and was always available if there was a delay or issue with the construction process. Throughout some of the minor construction hiccups that occurred, he had great communication and was able to fix any concerns or problems that we had pretty quickly. The crew was very respectful of our home and our space, and we felt very comfortable having them come and go while we were at work to get stuff done.
