I found Yuri at JK, but it was well after his posted closing time.

I will state with conviction what others have said here, Fuzzy is a stand up guy, honest, no bs, and very knowledgeable about his inventory and HDs in general. Qualities not often seen in today's retailers. Prices were on the low side for the condition of the bikes. I will do business with him again, for maintenance, upgrades and my next bike purchase, for sure.

I found the bike on Ebay, and it looked very nice! The listing for the ad stated that the bike was "ONE NICE SPRINGER", which it is, HOWEVER, the listing also stated that the bike was "READY TO RIDE", which is a LIE. The day I received the bike I quickly realized that it has no working brake lights, horn, speedometer, turn signals, hazards, or functional gas gage, and it has water in the brake lines. On top of that, it was leaking primary fluid, and the motor oil was BLACK. All fluids have to be dropped. What the HELL Keys Cycles!!! What ever happened to honest disclosure? I just got the bad news today from Illinois Harley Davidson in Countryside, IL. ($1250 TOTAL FOR REPAIRS!) I should file a complaint with eBay. The listing advertised "No disappointments here", which is also a lie. Had someone come in to look at the bike they would have talked him down $1500 or walked away from this nightmare. (I paid $8K cash for this thing! I can't help feeling that I was taken advantage of because I purchased this scooter sight unseen, and he would never have to answer for his dishonesty. The owner was under the weather throughout the entire sale and negotiation process and well and was super rude throughout. Luckily for him I was determined to buy this bike, so I tolerated his terrible personality. Lastly, I was charged $600 for him to transport the bike up to Miami where it was picked up by the hauler because no one wants to drive down to Po Dunk Marathon FL. for work. I am normally not a tattle tale, but in this case I can not site back and let other unsuspecting people be fooled by this dealership. Do not buy ANYTHING from this dealership without going down there to look at it first under any circumstances! I have been a member of eBay for 14 years and have 100% feedback, so take it from me, buyer beware!!

A few days later, Cody called and explained that the mechanic had been sick since Saturday. He said he would try to fit me into his own schedule, and we discussed a time that would likely work for both of us. However, before ending the call, Cody asked me to modify or delete my review. I told him that once someone actually came out and looked at the bike, I would have no problem updating the review to reflect that. At that point, he accused me of "blackmailing" the company with my review. To be clear, I never brought up the review during the call--he did. I simply said I would update it once the issue was addressed. Being accused of blackmail for wanting the problem resolved before changing my review was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. My original concern was the lack of communication after the repair. Unfortunately, this interaction only made the situation worse. I can overlook mistakes and scheduling issues, but I cannot overlook poor communication and being treated disrespectfully as a customer UPDATE: After I left my original review, I was contacted almost immediately. I paid Cody $130.00 to come to my house and let me know what was wrong with my bike. He came with a helper and they showed me what needed to be fixed and what the cost would be. I agreed and they were to come back in a few days when they had the parts. I never heard from anyone again. I finally found another mechanic to take care of the bike. I'm sorry to say this, but don't bother with this one. They aren't reputable and they don't care about their customers.

I dropped the bike off this morning for some new tires, general maintenance and to install a basket on the back of the bike. A few hours later I was notified that it was finished. I was told by Morgan that if I brought my bike in first thing on my appointment day, that my bike tune-up would be complete in 2 to 2 and a half hours. They would text me first with an assessment of what needed to be done and the estimated cost. About an hour and a half went by, and there was no text to me from the shop with an assessment. I tried to just get an estimate on completion, not argue my way to the front of the line. I had to call again after 2 hours to find out that they had not made an assessment yet. Next, they were angry that I asked for an update on when the bike might be ready. If they had not assessed the bike in 2 hours, it did not seem unreasonable that the work would not be complete in 30 minutes (after it took them so long to assess whatever needed to be done--they never gave me specifics on the tune-up). I know a business is in trouble when they eliminate basic courtesy and, most importantly, they forget that they are not the customer. I tried to provide constructive feedback to staff, but it was met with argument and interruption. This business grossly lacks listening skills as well as customer service.
