I used to love coming to this nail salon. The previous owners were always so kind, warm, and caring…read more-- they made every visit feel personal, and their work was top-notch. I've been coming here for years and have spent thousands of dollars because it was always a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, ever since new management took over, things just haven't been the same. The atmosphere feels different, the quality has gone downhill, and that welcoming spirit the old owners had is gone. On my last visit, I went with my son. He got a manicure and pedicure, and I had a fill and pedicure. I tipped generously, as I always do. But as we were leaving -- literally as we were pulling out of the parking lot -- one of the employees ran outside, knocked on my car window, and said they "forgot to charge" me $15. I immediately paid it, but honestly, it left a sour taste in my mouth. After all the years of loyalty and the money I've spent here, that moment felt unprofessional and disappointing. Mistakes happen, but how you treat your customers matters. Sadly, I think it's time for me to find a new salon -- one that values people the way this one used to.

Amber did my pedicure and she was super nice and extremely gentle when it came to removal of ingrown. Kelly did my nails and she communicated and asked if shape was good a few times. She gave opinion on a few things which I enjoyed. The only thing I did not like was the "hidden fees." I am used to paying over $100 for my pedi/nails. But upon my entry I stated I wanted to change the shape and take off shellac and do powder. No one mentioned removal would be $5, no one mentioned changing shape would be $5 and clipping my cuticles would be another $5. My current nail place by my old house, never charges for any of these but if you do, be up front about it especially when I mention at the front desk, this is what I want done. I will probably return because I now know about these extra charges but I will also continue looking for a new nail place near my new home and see what else is out there.

I asked her over 3 times to not cut me off or yell. It wasn't until I raised my voice and cut her off that she STFU. I've been a loyal customer for 8-10years driving for over an 40 minutes for their nail tech and I spent $1,000s of dollars to be publicly humiliated for asking for sanitation!
