I started coming to this place because of a lady who not only did great work, but was very sweet and kind to me. Today I had the worst experience I've ever had as customer at any nail salon I've been to. The nail technician, My (is her name), was so rude to me after me expressing my dislike of the nail design I asked her for. I asked if there was something else more simpler would could try she told me "no" and that I "wasted her time" Then she asked "you pay for what if I take it off" I said "money isn't the issue for me I'll pay whatever but this isn't something I like." And showed her another photo of something simpler we could do instead. She agreed. And tried to make me choose the color SHE wanted me to do. I asked if they had other colors for me to choose from she said "no" and I kept asking "what do you mean no?" Then after telling me no 3x that I could not choose the color I wanted to choose from my chrome she then goes to get the chrome color choices I've been asking for and hands them to me. After she hands the to me she immediately tell me to "leave and go somewhere else" I asked "so you don't want to do my nails anymore?" She said "no. If you know someone else somewhere else go to them." I have never in my yearssss of getting my nails done experienced this type of disrespect. Especially as a paying customer who told her that money wasn't an issue and that we could do something simple on my nails that made her feel more comfortable. They have forever lost my business. Customer service is everything.

The receptionist came in at a later time and handed me the color options. Chloe was so kind and welcoming, and made me feel right at home. I originally wanted a shellac color, but decided on pink and white, and my nails came out exactly as I wanted! I would definitely come back. After finishing my nails, and noting the price, I additionally asked for a shellac color change on my toes. My toes were painted by Andy. I am pleased by everything I received. My nails and toenails lasted for a month, and I have had no issues with them. I cannot wait to go back!

My pedicure came out great. I wish I remembered her name. But the name I do remember is Kim. I showed her a picture of a short clean nail as a reference of what I wanted for my mani length and shape. She gave me long, obtuse, thick, lumpy nails that a child could've done. I mean I'm telling you it is the worst nails I have ever had in my life or seen in my life. I don't like to complain so I just kept telling her that I wanted them shorter and referring to the photo. After four times of showing her the length and her still not getting them to the shortness I wanted/needed. I just said fine because I was already at the two hour mark on my nails. I checked out and explained to the register that I really did not like my hands but I had no time to fix them and I live far away so they gave me a small discount... I drove away and as soon as the sunlight hit my nails in the car I knew I had to stop what I was doing turn around and go back. I explained that these nails were not worth the $180 for manicure and pedicure that I had paid and they simply needed to be taken off or redone by someone else. Jennifer ended up taking care of my nails and did a great job, but wow if you get Kim run! While I was getting my nails fixed there was another lady getting her nails done by Kim and she had the same complaint about shape and length and I already knew what was going to happen. I also have fully natural nails that I'm very prideful of. I worked hard to get them thick and strong. I got my nails painted with gel polish, the execution was horrible. First I'll say I felt like the lady who did my nails had an attitude and she was being really aggressive pulling my hand or hitting my hand away. Anyways, back to the execution, it was rushed and poorly done. There was excess polish on my ends, some nails didn't have enough polish and also there was missing polish on the side of my nails making it look like someone took a bite out of it. Today (Thursday 2 days later) I go in asking for a removal because I couldn't stare at the bad work any longer. And instead of soaking my nails, they filed it down so much that my nails that I worked so hard for feel like PAPER.
