Traveling East on I-90 on a 90+ degree day and get a flat tire on the travel trailer we are towing…read more(first one ever). Ok, change it with the spare. Back on the road. Stop at next rest stop to check on things and find another tire on the trailer ready to blow with separated tread, but still holding air.. Decide to continue with hazards on and travel at a much slower speed to get to next town (Ellensburg that was about 10 miles away) and find a tire store... BOOM... 2nd tire blows maybe 5 miles down the road... Okay well, pull that tire off and are now running as a "Tripod" on the #7000 TT... Get to Ellensburg and take first exit and find Commercial Tire just sitting there with open bays and we pull in. They were able to replace both TT tires with new ones and put them on the trailer in less than an hour.. I didn't catch the Tech's name, but he saved us! We made it to our destination in Wenatchee without any new incidents, except for the near 99 degree temps at the camp ground! Thank God for electricity and AIR CONDITING!

I even offered to put down a deposit or purchase it outright over the phone to hold it. I was told this wasn't necessary -- that the van hadn't sold and wouldn't sell before my scheduled test drive appointment on Tuesday. The dealership is 3+ hours from where I live, so I planned my entire day around this appointment and called one more time before making the drive to confirm the van was still available. That's when I was told it had already sold. If a customer offers to pay over the phone to hold a vehicle and is told repeatedly that it's not needed, that should mean something. Instead, I wasted a weekend of communication and nearly a half-day round trip for nothing. If you're driving any real distance for a vehicle here, get everything in writing and don't take "you don't need to put money down" at face value.

After returning the vehicle to the dealership for support, the vehicle was taken for diagnostics. Andy proceeded to then ignore countless phone calls and emails from us asking for updates and a resolution or even a simply acknowledgment with empathy for the situation. When we finally heard from him after his ghosting spree on day THREE, it was to simply terminate the sale on the vehicle because it evidently could not be resolved. We now have a hard pull against our credit from them, no car to show for it, and weeks of time wasted. It's astounding how little these people cared about the situation they put us in and the fact that they are clearly selling lemons to hard working members of our community. The owner of this dealership should be so embarrassed and ashamed of themselves for doing business like this, and employing salesmen like Andy.

Did my Yelp search for the best mechanic & found D&M. Sam said bring the car in by 7-7.30 the next morning which was before they opened. I provided him with the work order from Rairdon & in less that a few hours he had found the issue, confirmed everything else that should have been done was, checked fluids & called me to say the car was ready. He assisted us in obtaining a rental vehicle from entrrprise rental on a thursday morning and had the Expedition fixed by Friday afternoon. I bought a used International Harvester ambulance over in Seattle and was headed home to Palouse,…read moreWA when I stopped in Ellensburg for windshield wipers and a wash. The ambulance began cutting out intermittently and I stopped for lunch and searched local diesel shops on my phone. Crossroad Garage had great reviews, so decided to try and get there. I called and Brianna said they could diagnose it immediately, but probably not fix it until the next day. On the way there, it died and I towed it in with my support vehicle. They said it was a fuel pressure issue, but needed more time the next day to know for sure. Within an hour of them opening the next day, Brianna called and told me what was wrong, and that parts were available in Yakima, and the repair would be $1800. She couldn't guarantee that it would be fixed the same day, but they would try. I was called at 3pm and told it was ready. When I picked it up, the bill was $400 less than I was quoted. I paid and hit the road. I immediately noticed increased power and nearly twice the previous gas mileage. I made it the remaining 200 miles home without any further issues. Everyone there that I dealt with was pleasant and professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it for less than what I was quoted. So happy, that I even bought one of the Black Rifle Co. trucker hats they had for sale!

Because of the dangerous situation, the owner skipped dinner and came to get me out of harm's way after calling me immediately after my insurance co contacted them for towing. Both the owner and his second tow truck driver were professional and friendly. After inspecting and guessing what the issue was they ordered the part that night (with no obligation if it wasn't needed). In the AM, they inspected my truck first thing and their previous night's assessment was spot on. The part came in shortly after and I was on the road a couple hours later. So much integrity!!! As a single woman traveling cross country I would have paid whatever was needed so I'd worried about a huge bill. I was so surprised that the whole solution was just over $400. p.s. after towing my truck they made sure I had a safe place to stay for the night. Talk about above and beyond service wise!!!
