They offered us a very fair price and had no concerns around signing of the SOS form. Max was great to deal with. He provided great communication about the process and where the driver was, and we always knew what was happening on the day of the pickup. Easy Tow deals in cash, as the company name states, which is great. The driver did run a slightly short of what was offered, but that was fixed with a quick run to a neighborhood ATM ( who wants to run around Chicago with a ton of cash these days, right? ). I cannot recommend this business and Max enough. When our second 20+ year car decided she had enough, calling Max and Easy Tow will be our first stop.

Called back not even 5 min later saying he couldn't tow call another tow company his tow truck broke down. Called another tow company & when they got to my house where car was parked they said there was no car there. He said he sees a car that matches the description of my car but it was a block down on the shoulder of busy college drive he verified plate # & said there was no key in the fuel cap cover. And that the car has broken headlights & grill there was no damage to my car hours earlier I have pictures of my car from a few hrs before. So when tow truck dropped off my car I was able to see how much damage Angel tow driver did to my car I contacted owner and was nice about it because Jeff sr who owned angel towing was a good friend of mine for years & he had suddenly passed away and knew what a tough time his family was going through so I let them know what there driver did to my car & just dumped it on the street well of course they didn't believe me even though I had evidence he did I seen on my neighbors camera him pull back hit the front end with the tow truck he pulled up then hooked my car pulled it out on the street dropped it & left. So I told them I came to them instead of going to police because I knew what there families been going through they got angel the driver just a fluke his name is same as company all I asked was them to replace the parts headlights grille bumper cover they said thank u there insurance was going drop them if they had 1 more claim it's now been 10 months & still nothing has been done tried reaching out lots of times but no answers. Luckily I have 2 years to file a lawsuit & have all there texts as proof they took responsibility & other evidence they did it otherwise it would of been a hit & run with no proof. Don't use this company since Jeff sr died they let Jeff jr be in charge he has lots of issues & dose not care about his dads buisness
