KIANOOSH was the tech who serviced our home. He was so professional and polite. Very thorough! Very knowledge---walked me through everything and explained everything is such easy-to-understand detail. He made me feel encouraged that this company is honest and employs honest people. I initially was looking to get a dryer vent cleaning, a unit cleaning, and an antimicrobial fogging. He did a full inspection of all the things I was looking to have done and was honest about the services that I didn't need so I wouldn't be spending money unnecessarily (although he offered to still do them if I still desired them). He showed me how to clean my dryer vent out for the future---with the way our stuff is set up, it's very easy for us to do. He showed me video of all the vents and informed/showed me a vent that needed to be repaired and he then laid out my options for me to decide what I wanted done. He then looked to see if he could crawl under the house to reach and repair the vent. He gave me lots of great tips for creating more efficiency in our home and how to keep our air in good quality as well. Kianoosh carefully and attentively listened to everything I told him and all the various problems I mentioned with our system and air flow to various parts of the house, and he really took care to address and attempt to fix each one, and if it wasn't something that could be fixed same day (i.e. large repairs and installations), he made sure to inform me of all the options---he showed such care and impeccable active listening skills! He also asked to borrow some water from the tap for one of the machines and some water spilled on the floor and he offered to use the shop car to clean up the water. He was so respectfully of our home and being in our home. Truly Kianoosh was an incredible representative of Interstate Heating & Conditioning company. Will keep them in mind for future needs due to this experience!

We had a leak from the drain hose and Brandon came and took care of everything!! He resloped the unit, shop vac'd up the wet insulation, carried the shop vac down from the attic, dumped it in the trash, carried the fan up there and plugged it in and also got a contractor out here to fix the ceiling drywall as soon as possible! I thought I would have to fight the company on fixing the ceiling but...nope!! How many people do you know that would go beyond the call of duty? The company is very lucky to have such a conscientious former military guy working for them!! Brandon...job well done!!

Ten days passed before Diana called and said I forfeited my deposit to the owner because they took the house off the market for me. I didn't ask them to take the house off the market and I know the owners are not to receive deposits as income. It is to be placed in an escrow account in the event you move out and are to receive your deposit back. I am single and work my 40hrs to support myself. I did not have this money to lose. I will try to…read morestay calm during this review and to be the bigger and better person but it is very difficult with how much large corporations like Sterling Properties can do whatever they want to you as a paying customer. They truly DO NOT care about you and they aren't thankful for your business in the slightest bit. My family and I rented a house through them. A BRAND NEW house. We lived in it for one single year and moved out. First let me start with the quality. These are your typical little cookie cutter homes. Within just a year of this house being built the foundation had already settled enough to where a lot of the cabinet doors and also bedroom doors were difficult to close due to the house shifting already. BARELY a year old. Also there were leaks in the plumbing as well. They just hire cheap work to build their homes. Now what i am most displeased with from Sterling Property Management is what they do to you when you move out of one of their houses. They give you a fairly standar list to do for preparing the house before you move out. Not an issue. My self and 3 other members of my family spend TWO FULL DAYS checking off every item on this list. All but one which was the flower bed outside. We didn't clean it up. Which might as well tell you they charged $75 to clean up a little flower bed that had some weeds in it. What REALLY pisses me off is they tell you to touch up the paint. Which is standard. I have no issue with doing the work to bring the house back up to move in qaulity. After filling in your standard amount of holes in the wall from hanging up decor thoughout the year my family and I touched up the walls with the paint the contractors left over from when the house was built. So the exact paint that was used to paint the house ONE YEAR before. You literally had to get a flashlight and hold it at certain angles and know exactly where to look to be able to see that there was some touch up work done on the paint. The house was immaculate after we left. What does Sterling Properties do?? Charge me damn near $700 off of my security deposit. $400 of it was to "paint the house"​. $70 for the flower bed, ​$75 for "cleaning" even though I left it spotless. Cleaned every square inch of that house. And also $60 in "maintenance labor". They don't tell you what they did of course. Just charge you for whatever they want. ON TOP of their mandatory carpet cleaning which was another $200. So HALF of my security deposit was taken from this scumbag of a company. I DO NOT recommend anyone do business with this low life company. They WILL screw you in the end. Its proven in MULTIPLE other reviews I've seen on the internet. Also the customer service is some of the worst I've ever dealt with. The "Karen" that I was unfortunate enough to be stuck with as my realtor, she was the most disrespectful lady I've personally ever dealt with from someone that YOU ARE PAYING money to. You are THEIR customer and yet this individual would always respond to my questions as if I were just a complete inconvenience that she actually had to get up off of her lazy ass and do her job. Which is mostly customer service and she sucked at it. So please, if you are reading this as a potential customer for Sterling Property Management... Be prepared to lose half of your security deposit and to be treated like a peasant throughout your time as a tenant with the company. Like I said, just another large scale low qaulity corporation in modern day America that charges high prices for the cheapest qaulity possible. 0-5 Stars DO NOT RECOMMEND. Look elsewhere if you have the time and ability to do so. You will be happy you did in the end.
