Another time my window fell inside my door. It happened on a Sunday and they are closed on Sundays, so I taped it up and took it into town. It was FREEZING out and I had to get my kids that night, but no one would even touch it. Monday morning I took it to Stitzer's and they gave me a ride home and the window was fixed by 2:00. If that's not incredible enough, they only charged me about $40! They were my last resort before going to the dealership and spending big money.

We had previously taken my wife's car here for an inspection and felt like we were significantly overcharged, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, I will no longer be giving them any business after my experience this week. I had to have my car towed from the highway last week. They were the closest tow company and I just had it towed right to their garage, hoping that it would save me some money. Through a combination of their expensive parts distributor and the shadiness of the garage, I felt like I was being overcharged by $150-$300 (I know, big range) for a part. I called around and got pricing for that part myself and disputed the cost with the garage. They tried to pass it off on the parts distributor overcharging them, but only showed me the list price on the invoice, while intentionally hiding the net price. I spoke with the parts distributor who, while still significantly more expensive than other places, definitely did not charge them full list price. Miraculously, $150 disappeared off my bill when I spoke with the garage again and pressed further, since I knew the actual cost of the part. I ended up paying about what I "should" have (minus the still too expensive part), but if I didn't know any better I could have really been taken to the cleaners. This all felt very shady and I wouldn't feel confident recommending Dobson's to anyone.

She told me she would get a price together and get back to me to schedule a time to get it in. I had not heard back from her so in March 2021 I decided to stop in and check on the status of it and see if she ever ordered it. Barb said she totally forgot about it and said she would order it and put me on the schedule for April. About a week and a half went by and I had not heard back from her. So I called her and spoke to her on my way home and asked her if she forgot about me again. She said no and that she had spoke to Dan(her mechanic)and that it was going to be much more then she had quoted me. I asked her how much more and she said she would have to put the quote together. I said that works and that it would still be cheaper then Brenners since they are $25 an hour more. She replied "not necessarily". Then she added "what I am trying to say is Dan doesn't want to do it". I told her that was bad business that she didn't call me back and let me know this and she told me she apologized for that. The bottom line is Barb kept pushing me around since November 2020 when she didn't want to do the work. Instead of simply being upfront with me about the issue, she avoided reaching out to me and was dishonest about it when I asked her the last call. I wouldn't recommend doing business with her and if you asked around the county you would find plenty of people who felt the same way. I can see why now.

The man at the desk would not even let me get my belongings out of the car or check out the car until I paid over $400.00. Geedey's mechanic Dan was unable to fix the vehicle and I had it towed to a different garage that quickly repaired the vehicle and told me that Geedey's didn't even do what they said they did. I called and spoke to the owner who said they would call back the next day after they reviewed my records and never did. I called again and the owner hung up on me.
