I'm so touched!!h Long story short my teenage son caught a flat in an unknown town on someones property so they called police to get it towed to Parson's Towing and had to pick up the car the next day 20 mins to closing time and Jordan was a God send (* o *)!! The tire we had didn't fit but he managed to find one put it on so we can get home with help of Devin and Pap Parson I appreciate your all kindness and generosity and just being down to earth ppl it touched heart. Bad, unreliable customer service who lies to customers then lies some more to cover up the first round of lies. Then makes smartass comments about how the do(or dont) make sure customers receive their bill quickly and efficiently to be to provide a fast and reliable service. Sunday night I hit a deer and was told my car would be taken to the garage the following morning. Monday morning I called the garage, Parsons and the garage again to arrange for my car to be brought into the yard at the garage. Tuesday I went to the garage to pick up some things from my car. They are evidently on lunch or something and I couldn't get ahold of them. So I called Parsons again to verify that my car was taken there. This is when I find out that my car was never towed to the garage and I was NEVER NOTIFIED BY ANYONE that it wasn't and won't be until the bill is paid for. I have not received a bill. I wasn't told I would need to pay a bill before my car could be delivered to the garage. I have never had this issue with any other company. They tow the car, I receive a bill, it gets paid for. But with this company I have to pay the bill before the service? So I took an hour and a half out of my day trying to get to my car that I just discovered I was lied to by several people that my car would be at the garage yesterday. I was told all I had to do was call the next morning to let them know it was ok to drop the car off at the garage. I called. They said ok. I never heard from them again until I MYSELF called today to find out where my car is. THEN was told they hadn't and won't deliver it until the bill is paid. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A BILL. I WAS NOT NOTIFIED THAT MY CAR WAS NOT GOING TO BE TAKEN TO THE GARAGE. NOBODY NOTIFIED ME. THEY SAID "OK" AFTER BEING TOLD THEY COULD DELIVER IT TO THE GARAGE. NOBODY SAID ANYTHING ELSE. NOBODY CALLED ME AGAIN. NOBODY CONTACTED ME AT ALL. They say "the mail must be fast to deliver in 1 day" CALL SO I CAN ARRANGE TO PAY INSTEAD OF SCREWING ME OVER! read more
