We had just bought a house and moved from FL, and before we moved in we hired them to paint the living room, staircase, and foyer because the walls were about 18ft tall and we didn't want to paint those ourselves. Michael, was able to give me a fantastic estimate over the phone after sending in the dimensions and a few photos. We proceeded with the work. Once they were getting set up, he came by in person to get actual measurements. I had over estimated the square footage, so my new estimate was actually much less! We were then able to have them paint more of the house for the same amount because their prices are very fair!! The work is now completed and everything is nicer, cleaner, and better looking, by far, than when we moved in. The painting came out superb and looks fantastic. In my opinion, they went above and beyond when they repaired some nicks in the drywall before painting the staircase from the previous owner moving out. Blown away! They even touched up some of the base and trim that wasn't included in the estimate free of charge to give it that perfect finish. Turn around time for painting about 2000 square feet was less than a day and a half! (Did I mention how clean they left everything when they were done?) Overall VERY HAPPY with how our home now looks and how fast, responsive, and affordable Midlands Pro Painters is!!! I then asked about our upstairs room and possibly getting that painted and they went out in the pouring rain to get the equipment they needed to measure and gave me an estimate for that room as well on the spot. Jeyson even killed a spider that was on the top of our wall while he was here-now that is some seriously good customer service! 5 stars all the way! :)

The service was contracted with the understanding that the work would involve only a steam/deep cleaning and no resurfacing or sanding. The agreed-upon price for this service was $450, which I considered reasonable given the scope of the job. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was severely deficient. Upon completion, the floors appeared incomplete, with visible damage in multiple areas. Specifically, the protective coating was stripped away in patches, and there are at least four sections where the wood itself has been excessively abraded or sanded, resulting in exposed flakes, splinters, and uneven surfaces. In contrast, other portions of the floor showed no evidence of having been cleaned at all. I contacted Floor Pro to inspect the damage and requested a resolution. In response, they proposed to repair the issues by buffing and sealing the entire downstairs floor at a discounted rate of $6,200. This offer raises serious concerns about their business practices, as it appears to escalate a simple cleaning job into a far more extensive and costly repair. I cannot help but question whether the initial damage was intentional, designed to coerce customers into additional, higher-priced services. This experience has left me with damaged floors and a significant loss of trust in the company. I am available to provide any additional details, including photos of the damage, upon request.

He took care to protect plants by choosing the right treatment for right surfaces. He used cleaning solutions to get bright looks that should endure. Concrete, brick, and wood all look fresh and new. I have to say that I wanted three estimates and they came out and gave me a estimate.. I called two other companies which were close to my location and one guy came without his tape measure when he came back I never heard anything back from them .. the other company said they would come out and never did... they called and said they weren't coming out until a week later.... Even though this company had a bad review, I went with them anyway... I must say that Mr. Carroll came out with everything to show me what they would use... Mr. Carroll was very professional and knew what he was talking about and gave me quote and he put everything he discussed with me in writing while he was here... absolutely no double talk and gave me a price that same day.... I went with him and All about Roofing and I must say I had excellent experience with not only him but the owner Chris.... they did a great job and they cleaned up everything before they left...the workers worked hard and even worked past dark and came back that next day to finish the job and they picked up everything... the job looks great... Hired All About Roofing to repair chimney flashing. The estimator was extremely thorough he did a…read morewater test to identify the leak and once repairs were completed he did another water test to verify leak was corrected. Also the repairmen were very polite and professional. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend them to my friends. We have hired three different contractors in the past to correct the same issue. I am thankful that my coworker referred me to All About Roofing. Donnie with All About Roofing says if the job has to be done right call All About Roofing to get you water tight. I agree!!! Thanks guys!!
