Bill was super easy to work with and schedule with, and although he was very honest up front about being bearish on being able to remedy the car with door dings (due to make/model issues with safety bracing, metal composition, etc.), he exceeded even his own expectations and was able to perfectly remedy ALL the dents in even that tougher car! One of the other quotes we got wouldn't even quote that car due to the aforementioned difficulties with fixing that make and model, typically. I've already recommended KC D&D to two people, and although I hope to never *need* to use their services again, should I fall victim to further dents or dings, I won't hesitate to return to Bill in a heartbeat!

It took them almost a year to "fix" the dents on my Acura, and even after waiting four months just to get it back the first time, they missed several dents and didn't even bother replacing the rear window. On top of that, the guy who dropped off my car used the express toll, linked his personal phone to my car, and left me with the bill. I've been chasing them for payment, but they keep giving me the runaround. Trying to contact Ryan and Eric is a joke--every call I make goes straight to voicemail, but when I used my friend's phone, they picked up instantly. Eventually, I got them to take the car back, only for them to do absolutely nothing. To make matters worse, they put a huge scratch on the front bumper and then denied any responsibility. This shop is beyond unprofessional. They waste your time, damage your car, and avoid accountability. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. You've been warned!

My Ram never looked better! Their work is flawless. They matched up the Delmonico Red paint perfectly, which is not easy since it is a two tone scheme. They had to replace the bed body. The Ram box lids actually fit better than when my truck was new. Their communication was excellent with almost daily updates and personal phone calls when hiccups happened.
