This was good because I wanted something bolder. She was fine with me picking out something else. All and all, she did a good job. But I'm giving only 4 stars because it wasn't remarkable. I'm so grateful that she ended up having space available, because this is my favorite haircut and experience of my life. She understood exactly what I wanted based on my picture of Jenny Ortega sporting shaggy layers. She encouraged me that I had more curls than I knew (versus other hairstylists have often doubted me so I started calling my hair wavy). She is positive and affirming when chatting with customers, and by the end, I had made a new friend. Susu also took me through all of the instructions for how to keep my curls this defined, from products, to washing schedules, to how to dry hair and sleep in it overnight. They said that's their policy that I was never made aware of. Also, they stored my credit card information in their computer system without my permission. I never agree to anyone having my credit or debit card information stored in their system. I was shocked and intimidated into agreeing to their rules because I thought they would charge me anyway since they had the credit card information. I have disputed it with my credit card company. Allure has not reached out to me. I would never recommend this company.
