I have been going to Oak Street Salon for about 10 years now. The stylists do a fantastic job, and the salon is so warm and inviting. I also have taken advantage of the online scheduling, so I can check my calendar on my own time. Allison gives great recommendations on hair styles, and she knows what works for me. Tenille and Eilea are wonderful to work with too. In addition to color/cut/style appointments for me, I also have had pre-vacation pedicures in the salon, and my son's first haircut was here also. I decided to try Oak Street Salon after moving back from the Chicago area, and they did not disappoint! Callie was very patient and knew exactly what I wanted from the few pictures I showed her. The cut is fantastic and she nailed the long layers in the back, and my highlights look so natural and well blended with my darker brown natural hair I kept on the under side. When Covid-19 made it impossible to go to my usual salon out of town, I started getting my hair cut and colored by Stacy at Oak Street Salon. She matched my thick and curly red hair beautifully. She listened to what I wanted, gave very helpful suggestions, and the finished product was even better than I was picturing! The entire staff seemed friendly, and the environment was very positive. I have been going here for years and love it! I usually see Allison but also have seen Eilea, both are fabulous. They did my bridal hair/makeup and my bridesmaids' hair 8 years ago on a HOT day for an outdoor wedding, and everyone's hair stayed looking great! I just kept coming back! Allison has been cutting my hair for several years. There is no one else I would trust my curly hair to. Over the years, living in different places, I have tried other hair stylists and no one has been able to handle my hair like Allison. I love Oak Street Salon! I have been seeing Callie, and she does a phenomenal job of cutting and styling my hair. My hair is extremely hard to cut right because I have several major cowlicks.
