Ivan and Issac were assigned to the actual repairs. They contacted me the morning of and let me know the approximate time they'd arrive, and they arrived on time. There were no deviations from what their work plan was and what I had requested. They worked quickly and finished in about two hours, completing repairs to a small section of sidewalk in front of the house and to the concrete patio at the back of the house.
