Manny's insight and recommendations regarding the basic layout and functionality, all the way to paint color was 100% right on. He worked closely with the various vendors (granite, cabinets, appliances) to coordinate every facet of the project. In addition, he continuously modified temporary accessibility to sink and stove throughout the project to minimize our down time without any kitchen access. Met with Steve, who was driven there by someone else. Should have been the first red flag. Then he gave me a price on the spot and called his door supplier to confirm dimensions. Said he would order it if I gave a deposit. Told him we would finish the job when I got back from my trip and he would have the door by then. Returned from vacation and not only did he not have the door, he never contacted me to tell me the original solution we agreed upon would not work and he wanted more money. I told him I was not comfortable and at this point, since he never ordered the door, I wanted my deposit back. He said at the end of February he would do that. It came and went and I had to file a complaint with Thumbtack. He called to say he was on vacation and that's why he didn't return my calls. Said he would get me the deposit back but never gave me a firm date. At this point, I am going to take him to small claims court and I plan to file a complaint to have his CSL revoked since he's a scammer. I figured with all the other positive reviews, it had to be a legit company, but apparently it is not and I would rate him -5 stars if I could. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Lender Bank ordered repairs before the purchase at the last hours - ouch. No one showed but Tom. Not only did he show up promptly, and perform the highest quality of work, he actually went out of his way to visit our bank and deal with them directly to resolve all issues! Never, ever, have we had a contractor perform in such an outstanding way and we own several multi-family homes! If we could give 10 stars we would! We will be reaching out to Tom again and again!
