We looked at Norfolk Kitchens, DK&M, and both Home Depot and Lowe's. The latter 2 being the low…read moreball options. Norfolk and DK&M came in within 10% of each other. Surprisingly the low ball option were t so low. We chose DK&M after looking at reviews and remodels they've done. What was essentially a new cabinet project turned into a much bigger job with a wall separating the kitchen and dining area knocked down and a large opening cut in the wall separating the kitchen and living area. We went with a cabinet design from Waypoint that while a standard cabinet are proving to be solid and well manufactured. DK&M (Bill Reed) explained the process and timeline very well and then met the timeline exactly. We replaced the range and microwave as part of the project. Given this was done between January and March 2020 eg COVID time we were surpassingly unaffected by material issues and in fact most vendors were ahead of schedule. They partner with Envy Remodeling and the team Rob sent in was top notch. Very professional, on time , and excellent at their jobs. I did some rough analysis of material and labor costs and based on the hours spent onsite and similar big box store cabinet prices we feel it was a fair project cost. Looking back it was a very smooth process with no drama. We would highly recommend this team for any remodeling job.

Danielle was extremely knowledgeable, and put us on the right path with regard to our budget, design expectations and really helping us to understand how the entire process works. Right from the beginning, we knew we had reached out to the right company. Then came the build process, in which we were fortunate enough to work with Steve Costa who not only juggled a third-floor walk-up, a building from the late 1800s, but also an extremely pregnant woman who was keen on getting this project off the ground and completed as quickly as possible. Steve led a fantastic group of NKB employees and subcontractors, but I would be remiss to not give a special shoutout to John and Mike who were our dream team carpenters, kitchen décor experts, and mental support during the project. Our dog clearly misses Steve, John and Mike as they became best friends it seems during the project. Additionally, Kelsea from the PMA team was a huge help in keeping the schedule/accounting on track for us. We were THRILLED with the final product (photos attached), and we are so very thankful for all of the hard work of the entire NKB team to bring our dream bathroom to life (before the baby, may I add)! StoneTops For Less, Rueben…read more I have been meaning to write a review of these guys for a while. It has been a few years since they did my bathroom stone, and I was very happy with it. This last year I went back to them for my kitchen stone and installation. (They do both). Not only did they do a good job, but they went out of the way to help me. I had found a couple of remnants at another stone yard, and they picked up those on the way here. They were for my laundry room and my built-in desk. Rueben is a man of integrity with whom I would do business again, if I had any more places to put stone.

And the vanity they used for us they just bought on wayfair. The worst part is they never mentioned that and showed us swatches of colors as if it were going to be bought from their cabinet supplier. No one knows prices on the quartz tops or even what level price tier they are . Either way we were lied to and didn't get what was promised. The owner called to "discuss" the issues, but did nothing to remedy them. Would not recommend them or use them ever again. Two stars instead of one because the contractor did a very good job at building and installing everything. He was great
