I've totally ignored my backyard fence. I'm from Las Vegas where everyone has cider block cement walls that you never have to take care of, so a wood fence is new to me. Turns out you are supposed to stain them every so often to keep them in shape. The more you know! -My fence was looking rough. The stain was fading and was looking quite ugly. The sprinklers had also left water fading along the sides in weird patterns from their spray. I found out about Hasfurter's Painting through the grapevine and asked if they took care of fences too. Great news, they do! -Jason came out to check out the fence and recommended we do a solid body stain with a sealer to protect the fence. He gave us a quote and was helpful with our questions.
