Having had multiple vehicles undergo wrapping, paint protection film (PPF) application, and ceramic coating, I can attest to Nick's exceptional honesty, transparency, and communication throughout the process. At no point was I left to speculate or make assumptions. His recommendations were consistently accompanied by clear and concise explanations, which I found to be highly commendable. A minor issue that arose was promptly and effectively resolved. While a brief disagreement occurred due to a misunderstanding on my part, Nick's clarification and reiteration of his rationale quickly demonstrated the validity of his approach. My only significant challenge was the commute to the facility; (Van Buren has a lot of traffic lights) otherwise, the experience was flawless. I was to get full car Gloss Max PPF, plus SYSTEM X MAX G PLUS ceramic coating, This included a 15 year film warranty of which he charged me $7800.00. He said he would need my car for aprox 5-days. I'll keep this short and to the point. The car is ruined, I cant even at this point get anyone who is a professional PPF installer to touch my car! DO NOT TAKE YOUR HIGH END VEHICAL TO THIS SHOP!!! Nick is not a professional in any way. He is avoiding me, not taking my calls, he has applied two different products to my $200k corvette, the PPF and peel clear! It is cut horribly showing seams, film lifting, film not covering car completely, some of the car is matte like and some is gloss. There are several areas of chipped paint. He attempted to rectify the problems 3xs each result being worse than the last! I have pictures of damage, many videos as well as text conversations where he is contradicting condescending, behaving erratically. One minute he's telling me I'm the best client ever and in the next breath saying the results of his work are my fault due to my pressuring him to fix the poor workmanship on my car!! he's not honoring the warranty on either product either! There's so much that has occurred in well over a months time with this shop/Nick that id be typing for hours! Just be sure you go elsewhere for this type of product and due your due diligence when hiring anyone to place protection of any kind on your vehicle! The previous ceramic coating appliers absolutely thrashed the trailer with deep gouge and swirls. It looked horrible. Being a brand new trailer, I was so disappointed and upset. FAST FORWARD: We reached out to Detail 2 U for assistance to see if they could fix it for us. WOW! WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Detail 2 U removed the ceramic coating that was originally placed on it, removed ALL of the damage from the previous company, and reapplied their ceramic coating. Our trailer looks amazing! I have attached photos. The original damage is hard to see in the photos, but trust when I say it was BAD. It looks brand new again. I can't thank Patrick and the employees from Detail 2 U that worked on our trailer enough for the wonderful experience and outcome we received doing business with them.
