The older guy that asks what kind of car wash you want is lacking customer service skills. He doesn't greet you or ask what kind of wash you want. He just goes up to you, looks at you with an angry face and looking at you like your wasting his time. No, this is not the first time I've been there. I've gone to this place 3 times trying to see if it will be a good experience and it's always the same attitude with this guy. They do vacuum, wash and dry the car fast. But please understand that the reason they are fast is because they do a crappy job. They don't get all the crumbs on the carpet , the way they clean the inside of the car is crap.

He explained the programs in detail to help me make the right choice for my situation. I went ahead with the Premium membership and it's only about a dollar a day at $32.99 per month. He told me we can wash unlimited and also downgrade at any time if needed. He informed me of the discount on Anthem Kits for premium members which is a great deal also as we get them for $2 instead of the regular $5 price for all customers!
