He also was proactive about making sure I would qualify for the EV charger rebate through SMUD. When he got here, he instantly noticed there was an issue with our outdoor panel that needed emergency repairs. 4 hours later my main breaker was fixed and operating like normal, I had my EV charger outlet, and he charged me a more than fair price for even the emergency work.
