I've been here a few times and wondered if they were still in business and there, they were. They haven't changed a bit. They are tastefully decorated in living room sets that are retro. We are shopping for a love seat so my husband sat in all of them hoping to find one. He liked the red minimalist one the most. The only thing is it looks like it might fold out to a futon, but it doesn't and we really need one for when my mother in law comes to visit and other visitors. They have so many items that I kept pointing to and saying "We used to have one of these." The most memorial items were the Pyrex, which my parents still have and a rotary phone which my parents still have just in case the electricity goes out. They also have the push button one and my parents have one of those too. My parents request to keep their land line and just have the local plan which they use to call their friends. They are afraid the power will go out and they won't be able to call anyone for help. And the power does go out in the winter on a regular basis where they live so this is really good for them. The new phones all use electricity. This shop also has lots of cases of jewelry and their broaches were on display on a mine mannequin. They were very sparkly, but I didn't have the time to really browse as the furniture took up most of my time. As we were finishing up my husband made the comment that he really needs to bring his sister and her husband here as she loves these types of store. They are planning on visiting so we'll be taking her here and to Zocalo too as shopping bring on a appetite.

Prior to them vacating this space, this was once a furniture store with other various businesses before that including a dollar store and video game store. Hopefully Noah's Ark will stick around for quite awhile. A little bit of backstory about this company; the money and revenue that is generated here helps support the ministry in Ukraine which helps families of the soldiers that have had to serve the frontlines. This includes fallen heroes as well as soldiers who have had to endure losing limbs that have to face very intense rehabilitation after their service in the Ukrainian military. To me, this is a huge impact when I know my money is going towards a very positive cause. The exterior parking lot has more than enough space as the two separate times I have been here, finding a spot to park has been a breeze. There are also several other small businesses that share this parking lot. As for the thrift store itself, the place is absolutely clean to a tee. Upon entry, I was greeted by the young man behind the counter. Store hours are very generous as they are open for business Monday-Thursday from 10am-6pm and Friday-Saturday from 9am-7pm while being closed every Sunday. As for the inside of this place, everything is laid out exceptionally well. You will find a huge assortment of glasses, kitchenware, vintage and near-new clothing/apparel, jewelry, books/CD's/DVD's, solid wood furniture, and much more, all in very excellent condition. The cleanliness and organization of Noah's Ark really shows how much care and thought they put into their business. During both my visits, I found a name-brand shirt and some very nice kitchen items that looked nearly brand new and at reasonable prices. With generous hours, friendly service, and a nice variety of great finds, I am giving "Noah's Ark Thrift & Gift" a unanimous five-star rating.

I came in before 4:30pm with plenty of time to shop- except at 4:50pm I was told they were closing at 5. I mentioned that I made a special trip to come by and online it says 6pm? I was told I would probably have to come back. The more frustrating part is that I mentioned my family had shopped with them before. As I was leaving she asked how I heard about them? Initially I mentioned I would be interested in green/blue/purple colors or neutrals like black/grey/brown/camel. She asked 15 minutes later what colors I would be interested in. I left with photos of two leathers in colors that would be an option. Crickets. No follow up call or e-mail with other options or suggestions. I need other furniture for other rooms and will go elsewhere for everything. FYI you cannot take delivery of items at the Rocklin store. You can pay for delivery or go to West Sac for pickup.

I had them install baseboards, fix a section of my floor, and restain my floors. I went on vacation while they did this. I came back to all the windows in my house and doors left open. Anyone could have came in. The baseboards were not painted, there was dust everywhere, they got stain on many of my cabinets. They did come out to paint the baseboards but got paint on the floor. I paid to have the furniture moved and ended up having to help move in myself. Additionally, the workers that did the actual work were not even from the same company. I doubt that they were even legal. I could get past most of this but one of the repairs only lasted a few months then broke again. When I reached out they gave me the run around, then when they did come out said that my floors were not installed probably, and that was the issue. I asked when they did not disclose this prior to the project they said that they did not know. They refused to repair it and were very rude about it. I have no choice but to report them to the licensing board and go to court to collect damages to repair my floor. Do not use this company.

Rebecca helped us find undercabinet lighting that turned out perfect for our kitchen. I was also told that they were unable to sell to this dealer due to issues involving the California Franchise Tax Board. Had I been informed of this before my purchase, I never would have paid over $12,000 for appliances that could not be fulfilled. Despite living without any appliances for almost 4 months, I have not received a refund either. Moe, the owner, just says "Sorry, no refunds"! Based on my experience, I would highly recommend NOT doing business with this company. They are complete scammers!

After failing to hear back from the manufacturer for several weeks, the manager, Brian Lawrence, offered us a brand new tree which we were happy to accept. It was impressive and rewarding to find Emigh's standing behind their products, and to receive such great service from Brian.

Worked quickly and efficiently in showing us the slabs we were interested in. Picked them up and held them against light, nothing was too much hassle for them. You can see they love their work, they know it well and are genuine with people. 10 stars! Oh and also, the showroom was very clean and organized! Didn't feel overwhelming. And I can tell that all pieces are curated and modern, selected by someone who's passionate about their work. Highly recommend checking here for your stone and tile needs!

It didn't take long for both of us to realize the paint color was just fine as is. I really was just having difficulty decorating my brand-new new-build home. I immediately realized I wanted to hire Leyla to redo our downstairs dining, living and kitchen area. She helped me realize a grand dining room fit our family lifestyle better then a dining and formal front room. She designed a new island for our kitchen which included a waterfall and lower seating area in our kitchen. Leyla picked out a beautiful maple wood counter for the island and kitchen table. She tested out maple stains herself and showed me the final choice before the counter went into production. We moved light fixtures, added lights and removed two can lights making the overall space more grand and more balanced. The design and construction ideas turned out beautifully. I'm so glad I followed all of her design ideas because seeing the end result now is beyond my dreams and expectations. Leyla assigned her Senior Design Assistant Ashlee to my project. Ashlee was chosen based on my style alignment which was modern boho. Ashlee and I clicked from our first meeting. She and I have so much in common and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. These ladies kept in contact with me even after hours and on weekends to make sure things went smoothly from the very start. I had a deadline of finishing the whole project before the birth of our son which they were able to accomplish even with how highly in demand their business is. The end result, spectacular! They coordinated my style, with cohesiveness of beautiful color palates, enriched by many decorating layers and all done with kid friendly pieces. Every time I walk into our home I'm in awe of the beauty I see all around me and the happiness I feel by how gorgeous our home is now!
