I created a home project by accident when I decided to use my pressure washer to clean off my painted patio. As you can imagine, it peeled the paint. I called Johnny to schedule an exterior pressure wash for my home. I explained to Johnny that the my HOA had sent me a notice REQUIRING this service to be completed within a certain time frame. Johnny came to my home within 24 hours. He explained to me what service was needed and NOT needed to fulfill my HOA's service request. I found that Johnny was honest and had extremely reasonable prices. After my home was pressure washed, I sent pictures to the HOA Mgr. Although they couldn't remove all of the paint and stains on my concrete, I really appreciated them taking the time to explain why the stains wouldn't come out. They did a great job powerwashing the concrete in an attempt to get out done ugly stains left by the previous owners. Their communication was excellent and their prices can't be beat. read more

Great job cleaning out my gutters!!! Even called me out to watch all the mud come shooting out! Lol Very nice and even pointed out some loose roof tiles that needed to be fixed. Liked that he didn't push for more cleaning, but instead told me since I didnt have any trees nearby that I probably just needed them cleaned every other year and offered a return discount. It's amazing to me how unreliable businesses are these days. Why even schedule a job if you plan on skipping out? We scheduled this joke of a company to come out today (Sunday) at 7am to power wash our home. We rearranged our weekend to make sure we could be here, as we really wanted this completed ASAP. Do you think they showed? If you guessed no, you're right! Three phones calls and texts messages later, we still got no response. Thank you JM for wasting my Sunday morning while you got to sleep in, ignore my calls, and completely blow off my job! If you couldn't come, the least you could've done was sent a text message and told us you needed to reschedule. It's really not that hard. Especially if you care about the reputation of your company (which clearly you don't). I used to brush of businesses like this, and not waste my time on Yelp reviews. But I'm tired of unprofessional companies wasting my time, so I'm done being silent! If you have time to waste and don't care if someone flakes, by all means call these guys up. If your anything like me and place a high value on your time, money, and finding a reputable business who deserves both... find someone else! read more
