Despite numerous attempts to reschedule for him to correct some mistakes, he consistently sets up the appointment and then cancels. The problems include downspouts that are not properly connected, spray paint on the fascia, and downspouts installed in incorrect locations. When I requested him to relocate the downspout to the back of the house (where it should have been installed due to his error), he wants to charge me as it is considered a new work order. If I could give a higher rating than 5, I would surely do so. When I contacted Jordan, the owner, I explained to him that I lived in a mobile home with gutters on both sides of my home. I told him that it had been 9 years since I had my gutters and my carport and front porch roofs cleaned. He set up an appointment for me to assess the job the very next day. Within two days, I had been given the estimate for the cleaning and one day later his employee, Marty, was on the job. Please believe me when I say that the debris that needed to be removed was beyond massive. Marty worked about 2 1/2 days cleaning out the gutters and the two rooftops and he left no debris behind. There wasn't one leaf, twig or any dirt left behind. I was overjoyed by the attention to detail that Marty exhibited. He was friendly and above all, professional. He took the time to explain the work in progress and took before and after pictures.
