After a search, i went with them to have my roof fixed and even have a gutter placed. After scheduling for an inspection, ricardo came on over. He went on the roof to check it out. I asked if they also do gutters. He gave me a solid estimate that beats the competition. Definitely value for money. I asked for a proposal to be sent via email. And agreed to it. I scheduled a time for them to come. They mentioned between 9-10am. When the scheduled day arrived. No one came. I messaged ricardo and was advised they will come the next day. The work was done by Leo and Manuel. They arrived at 930am. First they started with the roof. And installed the gutter. Unfortunately, they weren't able to finish the gutter because of a missing part. The next day, they mentioned they will be back the same time (9-10). Unfortunately, it was a different person that arrived and it was around 12noon. He was done within 30minutes. I was happy with the work. They were able to send the photos of the roof pre and post. Out of the companies that responded to my request for a roof repair, one did not come to my house, but they said that repairs cost $300 for the first hour, $200 for every hour after that plus materials. The second showed up to my home, he didn't go up to the roof, he looked from the ground where the damage is not visible and said it would cost about $7,000 to replace a section of the roof. The third company, Imperial Roofing, had a project manager come my house. He immediately pulled a ladder and went up to the roof to assess the damage. Several minutes later he was back down and told me about what he found. After that, he said he would send a detailed quote and if I agreed, I could set a a date for the repairs. To his word, I received a quote by email and a hard copy in the mail. It detailed all the work and materials to be used. Now I should note that there was caveat stating that if there was any unforeseen damage to the roof, I would pay extra. However, in my case, they kept to their estimate. Based on my recent experience with Imperial Roofing and Gutters I would highly recommend this company as one of the best roofing companies in this neighborhood. I had a few displaced or broken slabs on my roof causing a leakage. All other companies I approached provided me quotes based on a home inspection report and didn't care to come to assess the damages and repair work needed as if hard earned customer money has no value or concern to them. The quotes were bound to be imperfect and misleading. Imperial roofing team did an excellent job to come out and climbed on the roof and sent me a detail estimate with pictures of the damages. They itemized each work they would be doing to fix the issue. What a customer focusing approach! I had no hesitation to accept their proposal realizing that the quote was perfectly reasonable. The team came on time and did an excellent job to complete the repair work. It rained heavily a day after their work and as expected there was no further leakage. The whole team including the project manager was highly professional on their behavior, approach and timeliness. Each one from this team I came across was very courteous hard working. I must add a few extra words about the responsiveness and customer care approach of the front desk representative Mireya Figueroa. She was quick to respond on my queries each time. She cared to understand my special request to fix the issue before imminent rain to start on next Monday. First and foremost I'd like to say thank you. I've been having a couple of ruff months with building projects not going to plan or companies not standing up to their work and materials. I found imperial on yelp and decided to give them a shot. They made an appointment and moved it once with plenty notice then was on time for the scheduled appointment. I inquired about rain gutters on both of my large 16' high buildings (residential steel garages) the man that came out for the estimate seemed honest, professional, and trust worthy and that was a good thing because I wasn't able to be their for the install. Color matched 95% spot on and that's good because it's powder coat and sill never be painted again. When I came home was very impressed with the engineering and quality of the gutters. They looked like they were manufactured at the same plant as the garages and installed at the same time. Lol. Perfect form and fit. The wife said they were nice and professional. Contacted them for my rain gutter cleaning I live in an HOA where our association is supposed to take care of this annual rain gutter cleaning and they do not so I was very pleased to know that Imperial Roofing & Gutters was able to do the job to keep my rain gutters from being clogged. They sent out a team to do the cleaning and seal anything in the gutters that needed to be sealed. Also very responsive and they send you a contract to review prior to work being performed they are licensed as well as insured. I will be hiring them again in the future for rain gutter cleaning and possibly a roof inspection as well. They did a wonderful job installing my new gutters with leaf guards. They connected the downspout to two rain barrels and extended the down spout a bit to drain on the grass.
