I need to give major kudos to Rio Rico because of a few things: 1) no nonsense and no sales gimmicks; 2) super fast in responding to not only inquiries but getting someone out for an estimate, as well a as answering questions in between; 3) professional. They're not the cheapest out there, but they're not the most expensive either. But what they do offer is quality work. We needed to get our gutters replaced after only 2 years because the original installers did such a half-assed job that the corners were leaking badly after the last batch of rain we had, and then upon checking out how bad it was while up on the roof, checked other sections from the top and found a couple roof tiles cracked/broken. Not saying the previous guys were at fault but no one else has been up there since the original install. Sylvia (front office), Martin and Abel (installers) were awesome throughout the entire experience. Pretty much took less than 2 weeks from the initial call to completion.
