The unit was clean and the inside temperature was good, and there is plenty of room to load/unload, even though RVs and boats line the perimeter. Kelly credited our account for the lock we didn't need because we already had one. I liked that there is only one exit gate near the office. The only odd thing is that the exit keypad is on Bldg. 5 as you exit, so you have to pay attention! Overall, I would highly recommend this property for storage.

Before this, i felt my property was Safe however this incident in a locked and secured facility and lack of willingness to help its tenants shows the nature of this organization.
