When you sign up they also give you the first month free and you pay month-to-month so none of that pay 6 months in advance bullsh*t. No I don't have AC in my storage unit and I don't want it. That also means I don't have to pay some $60-70 price markup a month to keep items in an AC storage that don't need it. I would ask if they have any AC storage units available if you really want it. They've been in business for quite awhile and I imagine the owners don't use yelp which is why the only other review has been allowed to pervade on here. I don't usually rate businesses but these guys deserve to have 5 stars and be known as a 5 star business. They always answer their calls, speak to me courteously, and offer a great fair price!

I tried several time to go there to pay a bill as i was unsure of the amount due and couldn't use the dropbox. Each time there was a message that said gone to the bank, or post office or lunch etc... After 3 tries on different days i called the phone number of the gate. The manager answered already annoyed. I told her i have tried to come by several times but no one is ever there. She snappily responded she had things to attend to and was at Arlan's Market? Not sure what that has to do with anything but ok.... She then said something to the fact that the sign on the door said she was gone and i should come back. I replied yes, it says you went to the bank and would be back in a few minutes (not Arlans Market). She then gruffly said.... well i will be back at 12:00 noon if you want to wait. I then responded, "Ma'am, it is already 12:15pm". She said, "I'll be there soon", and hung up. My wife and i waited. She pulled up in a car with the words, "Sassy" written largely on the back window. My wife looked at me and said, "oh boy, you are in trouble". The manager went inside and motioned for me to come in. I got out of my vehicle and got to the door when she burst out, almost hitting me in the head with the door and began to point at the sign saying "YOU SEE THIS". I responded, " I am a customer how dare you talk to me this way". That really got her going. I responded with, "just let me pay my bill and i will see the owners about your behavior". I left. The Haak's who own the winery own these storage units. I went there and asked to see one of the owners. I waiting and Mrs. Haak came out. She immediately, loudly said, "Oh, so you are the irate customer". I was shocked. I tried calmly talking to her and she did listen. At the end, she said the manager deals with a lot of "idiots" and has to talk to them this way. Again, i was shocked. She alluded to my education level, and said most people who are customers there are very unintelligent. I responded," that may be but don't they still deserve respect." It was obvious she didn't care, so i thanked her for her time and left. If you like violent confrontation, poor service, and being abused then go here by all means

When I called enroute, Shelby answered and assured us that there should be no problem. We were still apprehensive as we were reviewing the satellite aerial shots of the location. Then Shelby did the unthinkable! She got in her car video recorded the entire course from gate entry to the exact location we were to store our trailer and sent it to us 200 miles away!!!! Who does that????? Well, Shelby did!!! In every way we were accommodated to make the dropoff painless. Get ready folks for the 'Welcome to Texas' hospitality at this place. They always sent an email saying when the rent was due (although I knew anyway), and from their information they take I got an Email saying I had a rebate because of my birthday last month. The place is top notch and very helpful. They have video cameras all over to make sure everything is on the up and up. As a tip though, buy your own lock that's standard, because twelve US is a little steep when you buy it from them. You can get something like a gate lock, or school non combination lock like kids used to put on their lockers (now they don't even use them).
