When I called enroute, Shelby answered and assured us that there should be no problem. We were still apprehensive as we were reviewing the satellite aerial shots of the location. Then Shelby did the unthinkable! She got in her car video recorded the entire course from gate entry to the exact location we were to store our trailer and sent it to us 200 miles away!!!! They always sent an email saying when the rent was due (although I knew anyway), and from their information they take I got an Email saying I had a rebate because of my birthday last month. The place is top notch and very helpful. They have video cameras all over to make sure everything is on the up and up. As a tip though, buy your own lock that's standard, because twelve US is a little steep when you buy it from them. You can get something like a gate lock, or school non combination lock like kids used to put on their lockers (now they don't even use them).
