The lady said "no lo tenemos que poner no le van a bajar mucho". With that being said, my mom decided to get a second opinion and she was charged by the lady $20 for the service! I'm not sure why she charged if I thought you can leave from a tax establishment. Fast forward to today, my mom went to an experienced professional and doesn't have to pay anything back!
