The antibody test does not determine if you currently have a covid-19 infection. As a healthcare professional and certified phlebotomists this is by far one of the worst healthcare experiences on earth. There is a man with dreads who could not explain to me how this "blood test" worked nor do a proper fingerstick if his life depended on it. He pricked me right directly on the bone brushing my finger. His lack of phlebotomy skill caused him to call me back again and prick me a second time in which I guided him on how to do it properly. While I waited in the lobby after being pricked twice, a family from Georgia who had been waiting prior to me coming in came back in to correct a mistake done by the office staff. The lady at the front desk sucked in apologizing for their lack of detail regarding patient information and making sure they understood what they were paying for. When my results were ready to be picked up at the front desk I asked the lady if she was sure that this is a proper covid test, she reassured me that it tested for "everything" which is major bullshit. These people are not educated on what they are testing for or comforting the people that come in, I swear to God those people were just picked up off the street. Whoever is certifying these idiots is part of the problem as to why Florida is having a difficult time controlling the pandemic in this state.
