I called Malik Sunday to tow my food truck and he said he couldn't do it then called right back and he would send his employee well long story short I took pics of it before it left and when it got to the location my whole ventilation system was broken .. the driver tried to get on my roof of my food truck in the rain to put it back together like it never was broke but he didn't realize we were in the car watching him. so once we caught him he said the wind broke it ugggg no u tried to get gas and couldn't fit under the gas station roof and tore my truck up. so the sad part is I called malik immediately and of course he said let me find out what's going on and every since no answer and the machine is full. Open 24/7 my ass. My friends car broke down and we waited over 3 HOURS FOR NO ONE TO SHOW UP. The first time we called was to make sure they were bringing the right kind do tow truck because the first truck wasn't the kind we needed. The guy on from the company MANSPLAINED to my friend the fact that the initial truck was the one we needed even though we already knew it wasn't. They then gave us an arrival time and never came. Even the insurance company called them (5 TIMES) and they didn't answer. Thanks for nothing. read more

This company is terrible. My husband was on the road with a dead battery. The police called them to tow the vehicle and we end up with a $1300 bill from something that their driver broke on the vehicle. The driver obviously either was inexperienced or the truck that he used was ill equipped. It took him 40 mins to figure out how to get the vehicle off the flatbed. I've tried to reach out and they aren't concerned. #horribletow. So, your website says send a message and we will reach out to make things right. I do that and hear nothing(for weeks). So, I call and you say why didn't you reach out? Why did you get the vehicle repaired? Folks, have lives and have to go to work. The vehicle wasn't safe to drive. Best towing experience I've had thus far. I am currently visiting Baltimore for a mini vaca, an hour and some change away from home. My car's power steering went out last night. I called multiple towing companies I found on Google and either it was the wrong number, I got no answer, or they quoted me an unreasonable price. I finally came across Universal towing and they told me 45 minutes to an hour. And sure enough not even 45 minutes (maybe 40) Malik was calling my phone to tell me he was in the area and asking me my exact location. He was really friendly. I was alittle upset that this had happened to me but he made me feel like I've forgotten about it. Over all I had a great experience and the price was reasonable. And he recommended me to a mechanic shop that could fix my car. Which was awesome as well since I am not from this area. read more
