On his day off; the tow truck driver (Nasko) still showed up in about 15 minutes to tow my car for me. He took every single precaution to not damage my car while putting it on the truck and unloading it at its destination. Not only did Julio have the right equipment to get my car from my garage (not many trucks can fit) and lift my car (with a Landrover it's hard because when the battery is dead I can't put the car in neutral) but he was so knowledgable about cars that he pretty much knew in 5 minutes what was wrong with my car. When we arrived at the shop he waited to drop my car until we knew they had availability to work on my car -- just so he wouldn't have to charge me more in case I had to go elsewhere.
